Hello @JioCare again, you've 3-6-12 month prepaid Fiber plans. If customer opts for 12m plan, you get the 12month upfront money (approx 18K for my plan) and don't provide Invoice for payment. Instead mention it in monthly bills(useless for reimbursement). Any rationale behind it?

@JioCare the behaviour of your technical staff and total ignorance of your call center agents is so disappointing. The aim is constantly to push the problem to the next person and ignore the customer. Resolution of issues is never the priority. Pathetic service.

@reliancejio I have been trying to change my ESIM for last one month for an international number in California. The response is terrible from customer service. They keep on asking to submit same document again and again. They reply after 3 days with a new person. Horrible #jio

Continuing.... The customer care executive had sent me updated bill of 400+ amount which did not have Amazon prime billed in it...I have also paid the bill. I had port the same number to @JioCare since I did not like the service.
