It could bereally helpfull if jiocare can take care of internetspeed issues.we(IT employees) who are quarantined in native could't workfromhome bcz of internet issues.speed test resultsare less than threshold.tuning tower or increase bandwidth may work#jiocare #RaviShankarPrasad

It could be really helpfull if jiocare can take care of internet speed issues.we(IT employees) who ever located in native(quarantined) could not workfromhome becuase of internet issues.speed test results are less than threshold values.tuning tower or increase bandwidth may works.

After raising problems again n again..I have called more than 100 times in last 6 months...They have one one thing to say "There are many users using internet in your area" you are facing temporary issue...For your kind information sir I'm living in a village @JioCare

Extremely disappointed with jio broadband in my area Multiple times raised request for a new connection and even even visited the store spoke to people But at the end no result at all @JioCare @reliancejio If u can't provide internet then stop ur service it's of no use

@JioCare very poor service from jio fiber really unexpected . i got referred from my friend and got my connection. but not able to redeem my voucher called customer care she was very rude and unprofessional and didn't fixed my problem
