@JioCare , my Jiofiber router is showing Red light frequently since last 2 months, technician also came and seen it was ok for few days and again same problem persist. Kindly solve the problem permanently or else will be forced to opt to take services of another company.

@JioCare I raised a service request today & I received an update that the service person would come by 7pm. neither I received any update from you nor the issue has not been resolved yet. Very poor service
