It could be really helpfull if jiocare can take care of internet speed issues.we(IT employees) who ever located in native(quarantined) could not workfromhome becuase of internet issues.speed test results are less than threshold values.tuning tower or increase bandwidth may works.

@JioCare I have booked a jio fiber on 7th November through a online protocol ,the service man said you will get a jio fiber installed with 48 hours. And today is 15th November i still yet not got a jio fiber. I try to call a technician they are rejecting and avoiding my calls.

@JioCare Few mins. back i came to know from customer care that my new jio fiber broadband connection was eligible for one month free subscription only. Whereas, the sales person told me i am eligible to get for 2 months. Which means till 15th Dec. But, i had to recharge today.
