    It could be really helpfull if jiocare can take care of internet speed issues.we(IT employees) who ever located in native(quarantined) could not workfromhome becuase of internet issues.speed test results are less than threshold values.tuning tower or increase bandwidth may works.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a stupid clown customer care service are you running. I've been trying to change my e-sim from old phone to new phone, ran into issues and been trying to talk to customer support from 4 days, but no use. WhatsApp bot is useless. Sent someone to store, and that associate is asking me to come to store from US. What a stupid thing is this.

    @JioCare Every month you guys are having the issue then what your company charge so much ? Getting speed of 2 mbps down load .. is this joke ..in my area UP east ground technical staff say that there is nothing In there hand until a tower frequency is increased.

    The most **** customer care is @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare Despite clearly telling them i need refund in my source account, they are trying to give me voucher. And when you try to raise issue, they ghost you. Shameful behaviour.

    @JioCare No resolution provided yet very bad service only bluffing since one week after repeated complaints. If one ask for new connection response will be superfast but in case of complaint no response
