    It could bereally helpfull if jiocare can take care of internetspeed issues.we(IT employees) who are quarantined in native could't workfromhome bcz of internet issues.speed test resultsare less than threshold.tuning tower or increase bandwidth may work#jiocare #RaviShankarPrasad

    It could be really helpfull if jiocare can take care of internet speed issues.we(IT employees) who ever located in native(quarantined) could not workfromhome becuase of internet issues.speed test results are less than threshold values.tuning tower or increase bandwidth may works.

    @JioCare It's already been 5 days, the engineer visited and left without saying anything, this is the kind of service I expect from jio? Also there should be some time-line for resolving the issue, my entire work is been impacted due to the delay

    @JioCare A week ago, I was using 3–4 GB of data every day on my Jio 5G SIM without any issues. However, for the past week, my 5G has stopped working, and I'm only getting 4G. Please check my connection and enable 5G on my SIM as soon as possible. Thank you.

    @JioCare This is NOT a 48-hour issue. I have been facing and reporting this problem continuously since August and have already sent 100+ complaints/emails to Jio. Please check my complete complaint history first instead of asking the same questions again.
