Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

Tried to apply for a Jio Fiber connection again after more than a year. Disappointed to say that nothing's changed. Security deposit was taken and appointment scheduled, but no service engineers coming to install Jio Fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

Choosing jiofiber @reliancejio was my blunder. Asking for refund from two months but it hasn't been proceed yet bcoz the executive is not collecting the device. No action is taken from Jio's side in this. I have complained more than 5 times. @JioCare help!
