    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

    @JioCare No mobile network in Bengaluru. Pin code 560022. Call errors come as phone number does not exist or user is busy. Been facing a lot of issues over the previous month. Please fix this.

    @JioCare I am also a Telecom Engineer and better know the background things of the network. You have problem with your bypass filter in your 2300mhz.

    @JioCare Fir wahi rati ratai line.this is not a whole day problem. It has been coming for years. I work at night due to Work from Home. I followed up with your respected team many times. But I didn't get any proper solution. They just say, we are improving and so on.

    @JioCare Sir you aren't understanding Engineers are getting scheduled on the daily basis and then the time and date gets postponed Just tell me what should i do? Should i wait? If you guarantee the installation I am ready to wait but if you are going to cancel it later tell me now please.
