    If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

    @JioCare my mobile number 9480319550 since 10 days iam facing big drop in each call after 30 to 40 seconds. Even network also not getting connected immediately.. Error CALL ENDED ANY ISSUES?

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    @JioCare Shashank don't you think recharge expiry related msg I should receive a week ago? But it's almost 3 weeks earlier and daily I'm receiving. You have the worst network presence and call drop is regular. Occasionally you can talk correctly over call and internet is space technology

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber support. It's been over 8 days since I requested cancellation of my connection. Two cancellation order IDs were generated after multiple calls, yet the connection remains active and both order IDs show "No Data Found". Please explain

    @JioCare Am getting the same feedback from yesterday afternoon but the issue is not resolved. Need this to resolved within 1-2hrs and also my plan has to be extended for 2more days as i didnt had access from yesterday.

    @JioCare It took you more than 50 days to provide a proper response to my complaint. However, when there was a delay of just one day from my side, you immediately threatened to close the case. This approach is completely unacceptable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It’s been a more than 1 week time no one is bother to udpate on my complaint related to jio fibre. Kindly look into this. Nether the service engineer is visiting or providing the update nor box setup per is providing the update.
