    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

    @JioCare my mobile number 9480319550 since 10 days iam facing big drop in each call after 30 to 40 seconds. Even network also not getting connected immediately.. Error CALL ENDED ANY ISSUES?

    @JioCare SR0000382GQN was incorrectly marked as a service call. Repeated unwanted calls are causing harassment and inconvenience. Please review the complaint and stop these calls immediately. @TRAI please give me more options where i can complaint against @jio

    @JioCare, My Jio AirFiber has been showing a blinking red light for the last 4 hours and there is no internet connectivity. Team confirmed that my device is working fine & the issue seems to be from the network side due to some technical work. Kindly resolve this at the earliest

    @IndiaSportsTV IMO #JioairFiber is not connecting with STB. On TV it's still showing Activation error *F6. But @JioCare is unable to rectify the issue yet. #football fans are not getting any better deals yet for #fifaworldcup Qatar coverage was far better with Jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Technician visit was scheduled for SR00003849SR but nobody showed up. After multiple follow-ups only promises are given. Is this how you treat customers? Take action and fix this now.

    Shocking way to treat customers, @JioCare! I paid ₹4,788 (+GST) upfront for the JioFiber Annual 30 Mbps plan in May 2025 because it promised 390 days validity (360 days + 30 days FREE). Now that 360 days are over, I'm being asked to pay for the so-called "free" 30 days.
