    @JioCare Listen Manish,yasmeen& Anusha May I know what is the update in my case..These assurances are being made since beginning of the issue. Plan has also expired. What's big deal in sending an engineer to the registered address and solving the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare The first issue was resolved after 5 days. The internet lasted for only 2 days after that. Back to having no internet. Again facing issues. Pathetic service. My entire apartment is turned off with the service quality of Jio. Planning to remove it

    @JioCare The issue got resolved after 5 days. However you are refusing to answer my question of extending my plan expiry date by 5 days. Since I prepaid for the plan, I had paid for a service that was not available and you seem to take customers money for granted.

    This is with reference to popular @JioCare They just use customers and make new schemes to grab money,i have a jiofibre connection and due to some problem they said to take new connection ,so they said that i will be refunded with previous monthly recharge that i made. #fraud
