@JioCare @DisneyPlusHS i am using the Hotstar application on Jio Set top box using 999 plan which i think gives Hotstar VIP. It has lot of ads, can you tell me if there is any way to switch to premium. I dont even get an option to sign out. Please help! #JioFiber.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Will Jio 2121 plan exist even after dec 1..? There is no mention of it in new revised plan list.. Spoke with customer care and they are helpless and simply asking us to wait till dec 1.. Why customer care lacks such crucial information..?

@JioCare Jio Fibre broadband is not working for most of the people in Naidyar, Rainawari Srinagar. Internet is down (Red blinking) since around 4:00Pm 29/11/2021 till now and there has been no rectification of the error. Pl kindly look to this matter. @reliancejio

@JioCare @AmanArora1407 You'll always get " we are working on it" but don't get fooled by these empty words. I suggest you switch to @Airtel_Presence they provide better service than jio in nagpur location
