    I'm using @reliancejio postpaid sim from last so many years. The Network Speed is very infact below 3G. I am very upset. Now you tell me what should I do. i don't understand anything. I think I've only one choice to Port my to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Its been almost 7 hours with no resolution, although i raised two tickets( SR00001IE3SV & SR00001IE7HJ) which were closed without confirmation that my internet is working or not, what more could we think of horrible service just after 2 days of installation.

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare Order No. NO0000OSMJ68: Till morning. Multiple calls have been done but No installation service is provided on scheduled time. Only excuses are given from all Sales/field executives and Installation engineer along with their supervisors. #toobadjio

    When are you launching #JioTrue5G services in Gurgaon @JioCare @reliancejio ? It only shows in the manual search but the phone never latches to it. Device - Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE Android version 13 fully updated.
