@JioCare No one has visited yet for the device recovery. Please, now this is getting really annoying. Remember, I placed a simple disconnection request on 1st Jun '22, and my connection disconnected next day. Even then, After that I have placed multiple service request but no relief yet.

@JioCare worst ever service got the new connection on 02/07 landline not working from day 1. When asked today in care they saying it's pan India issue. When u have an issue why taking new connection.

@JioCare I got a call from your side and was assured that the issue will be fixed by the end of the day then I am calling and calling customer care and the engineer is assigned but he is not coming to the premises, what should I do now? It's been 5 days but still didn't get fixed.
