    @JioCare It's a false statement because if it was working fine then I would have not got an option to raise such service request numbers since 2018 to 2021, 4 years @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I am always trying to reach customer care at 198 but it always tells me the offers. I am fed of of this process. I can't contact a customer care executive. The whole of India is working in covid. Why can't you! @TRAI

    @JioCare It's a false statement because if it was working fine then I would have not got an option to raise such service request numbers since 2018 to 2021, 4 years, im making this complaint using a different service providers 3g internet which is better than @reliancejio in my area .
