    @JioCare I lost my Sim with mobile couple if months back and tried to replace it four to five times but got rejected every time and I am not sure what is the reason Now jio customer support team tells that my number got disconnected when I spoke with them today.Can you assist me

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been around 15 days I had requested for permanent disconnection but no one is contacting to pick up the router and setup box. Service ID 299764148042. I am not sure how escalations are handled as no one is contacting me. Kindly stick to your policy.
