@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

Had a terrible experience with jio e-SIM customer care executives. They either hang up the call, do not say a word (i can hear background noise) or put my call on hold. I tried calling them 5-6 time but I’m done now, switching to Airtel. JIO IS **** @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @ravinaimish @JioCare Your customer customer support is pathetic. 4th day without any visit by the technician to bring back internet services in my area. Other than sending standard apology messages nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The sad part is there is no escalation process.
