    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @JioCare to make or rcv calls I need to restart the phone after every 15 minutes in case of my jio number else it's showing not reachable even if full of signal. No issue with other operators.

    @reliancejio Do not take services from them, they are worst service provider. On scale of 1-10 they should receive (minus) -100 for the service & customer care too. It's been more then 2 days the issue isnt solved & also the complainant is on hold as per they convenience SHAME @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare suddenly a problem occurred in our router which was installed a few days back. This problem occurs frequently. Raised complaint ref SR00001BHAGE I was told engineer will visit. Nobody visited but but status is showing resolved. What a great service 🤨😡

    @reliancejio Absolute pathetic after sales service . They convinced me to move out of Airtel . Jio Internet not working 24 hours . No sign of any help coming my way . Airtel was better service wise

    Pathetic service of @reliancejio @JioCare home fiber. First, it was shut for 2 weeks, now intermittent downtime & no service executive available to resolve. Wondering if @airtelindia Xstream has better services?
