@JioCare @reliancejio It takes you 3 days and 10 of calls to address one simple issue? Every time there is a issue it’s a pain to get any assistance. And giving lies to customers isn’t the best idea. we are told a technican will come within few hours; it’s been 3 days!

@JioCare Refer to the request ID: SR000012XM0K, I am unable to login to partner apps like sony liv and the network speed is slow. I received a message that the issue has been resolved but it is not so. Helpline person says that site visit is not possible and closed the complaint.

@JioCare I am waiting for the same since 13 Nov but I don't find anything happening. Kindly provide me the exact date of the solution. I never expected such an unprofessional attitude by jio towards its customers.
