    Haven't seen a more pathetic broadband service provider than @airtelindia . Unable to solve a problem for a year and then don't bother to restore the internet either. It's no wonder that people like me would prefer shifting to @reliancejio for broadband services.

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Really don't see any intent/priority by @JioCare in the last 10 days on this platform despite my complaint pending for more than 3.5 months with no refund of 899/-happening as unfortunately Jio team maintains no TAT for refund in Jio in their communication
