    @BSNLCorporate was using your 4G connection of new sim for the day completely and found that it's a sim with no use. What else I should say was using the connection @JioCare @JioCare for more than three years and gives a good network and internet bandwidth.

    @amazonIN @JioCare I did a yearly recharge via Amazon for my jio prepaid. Amazon did not give me a GST Invoice because I am not a business account and Jio is not giving me a GST invoice because for then its third party payment. What's the solution? Need it to claim reimbursement

    @JioCare Actually I raised one service request vide service request number SR000016VKKI yesterday since I was not able to access the internet ..today that complaint is showing as resolved without the actual resolution..

    @reliancejio Was on hold for more than 30 minute's..disconnected.. it's common un pleasant horrendous customer care Many time they disconnect with out listening to query Why you all take feed back via sms or email when you are not adapting to customer response Unreliable
