    @reliancejio @JioCare Purchased a Jio fiber with registered mobile no 9415469847 2 days ago promised same day installation but no is responding ,worst experience ever Kindly refund if installation not possible.

    @JioCare It is not unavoidable as a Jio box is installed in the same building with 1 inactive port (Landlord) who infact has given his consent and approval for use his port for the time being. Only re-wearing needs to be done. Generic answer doesn't solve the problem @reliancejio

    @jagograhakjago I have taken a jio fiber connection on dated 23Aug 2021 and from 13sept till now it's internet connection is interrupted.Every day I call to customer care and I get a service request number but problem not solved. my current S.R number is SR000016R320.@JioCare

    @JioCare I am not able to make calls nor able to use internet inside the hotel Ambassador at Nariman Road. Your representative met me around 14:30 to understand the problem. As I was checked out after that do not able to comment further. Will see in next visit

    Now it has been so long and i am fed up with @airtelindia community. I'm going to cancel my order if any action did not taken by the airtel till tomorrow. I'll cancel my order and book the @reliancejio fiber if the @airtelindia community didn't do something quickly.
