@JioCare Engineer is appointed for tomorrow. It will be 48 hours by that time, wifi not working. Are you getting my issue? And resolution time is showing for today by 10am. I am not getting this thing. 48 hours does a big company like jio require to resolve any issue?

@JioCare I was given wrong information in call at 2:30PM that Technician will come and fix the problem at 5PM on Feb, 6th 2022, but no one came till now. I had to call CC now, CC exceuive who answered now given one new TAT as Feb, 8th 2022. Why CC team don't have right info?
