  @JioCare Jio support person told me at Rs 807,will get Amazon prime also.I paid money,but no Prime. So I asked him if I pay extra for Prime what I need to pay.he is saying ,I cannot upgrade my plan? But why? If the customer is going to pay extra then why u cannot upgrade. Worst

  @khushbup04 @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is a fraud company. Their business policy is to take initial payment n then disappear. They r not a service provider. Pls change ur network. They will not help at all. I too had to do the same. They r disgusting to the core.
