    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @reliancejio , my Jio fibre down since last 2 hours. Called service engineer, available only after 2 days with update. Very poor response existing customer to get help on time to fix issue. Very disappointed service.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Seems like support executives r there only to just read scripts w/o bothering of ur issue..if u reiterate, they says they don't care rudely. I have 2 JioFiber & trying to relocate 1 of them for weeks

    @JioCare I am from Mumbai & have been travelling in Rajasthan since a few days. So far, I have found Airtel & Vi networks to be far superior in coverage. Had to restart my phone thrice to get mobile data working at Shreenathji Mandir Chowk, Nathdwara while your competition had no issues.
