@reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

T2- People who are doing WFH they are more concerned about Network quality. I am one of those people and I have 3 jio Device in my home, surprisingly non of them has proper network, tried contacting the help line number, but NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Why are you shy to discuss your unprofessional services in public, go on call your customer care, the first message you get is " you may be experiencing network issues and jio is working on it" is it kinda disclaimer throughout the year ?

@RelianceGenIn if you are unwilling to provide proper customer service. Why are you insisting on paying through reliance. No customer service. My money got debited but the app didn't show the updated insurance renewal. Worst customer support. I'm disappointed @reliancejio
