Vikas Singh (@vikas14d) reported@JioCare Shraddha, please read the issue carefully. The engineer HAS reached multiple times, but the material/Odu is NOT WHITELISTED in your system. Rescheduling visits won't help if the backend isn't updated. Escalate to the provisioning team to whitelist it. Stop the generic replies!
