    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @JioCare @JioCare more than 24 hours and still more time is required its like @reliancejio is trying to be starlink sending satelite in space and we will use that internet services. There should be a timeline to issues.

    @JioCare Thanks, I got the message. Jio doesn't have the flexibility to shift plans even if done the same day of recharge. I will wait for this recharge to expire and will shift to Bharti..HV been using jio in different cities but unfavorable service will see me out..all the best!

    @JioCare Back to same situation. Ur executives are just doing temporary fixes & closing the ticket. Nonsense and pathetic service still going on from useless @JioCare @reliancejio . Never seen such issues from #tata or #airtel. Jio fiber is total disaster

    @JioCare not able to connect to Ooredoo network in Doha(Qutar) even if my internet roaming plan is active for jio sim. No proper response from customer care chat option. Not able to call on care number because no availablity of network.
