    @reliancejio you should be ashamed of yourself that you people claimed Jio to be a fastest 4G network in India, forget 4G even surfing on internet and calling is challenging on your network at this part of Bihar .Do something or gonna leave it service and encourage others to do.

    @JioCare My number registered with Jio is 2613553630. I am receiving slow speed since Saturday. I wrote to you on Sunday. I also had a chat on JioFibre whatsapp number. However, the problem is unresolved. I also called on the number "18008969999". There was no response.

    @JioCare @RelianceDigital @reliancejio I am not sure if Jio service is this much pathetic then how it will compete with other service provider.i am facing issue with my Jio broadband and from four days Jio is unable to resolve it.

    @JioCare @RaushanSaini9 In Balipara, Kalaigaon, assam Most of the Jio customers giving up your services due to mediocre network issue, it's very near to 2G services we used to get long before. In the name 4G services u r betraying your customers. Even I m also porting my jio to Airtel. Thanks to Airtel

    @JioCare iam asking your local representative for Jio Fiber connection from past 2 weeks.. No response. jio fiber service is available in our area With many connections but I don't know the reason why you are not giving connection

    @JioCare Frequent connectivity problem, just not satisfied with Jio services, pl discontinue trial period, would opt to go back to Airtel. Sad experience

    @JioCare Lot of time I had approached customer care through app and number, what extra power you have apart form your jio customer care? And if yes, why these are not with customer care so that issue need to resolved at there level and we may not get into such frustration...

    @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber Jio team is not visiting my premise to resolve the issue, instead they are updating status as resolved. Jio team not fixing my internet, not even returning the complete amount. Jio internet is good, but entire support system is a disappointment 😞
