@JioCare I had paid Rs 2500 for Jio Fibre and cancelled the next day You have initiated refund of Rs 1500 which is not fair and you replied we are looking into it. Also took information for the same but no reply or update after that. Bad Service.

@reliancejio @JioCare : i told her to go again and ask for the bill but she was again denied and was asked to keep the box safely for any warranty issues....please look into this unethical practice so that innpcents are not looted by your staff....

@JioCare Is pretty useless when it comes to helping customers get a resolution to their problems. My internet hasn't been working for 2 days and their response is just "sorry for inconvenience" @reliancejio doesn't care about losing customers
