@JioCare For 7 days I've been contacting your advisors regarding the return of my jio fibre and set top box but no solid action has been taken till now. Is this the type of service you provide to the customers? Pathetic

@Jayankurindian @JioCare @reliancejio I have been trying all day to resolve my Jiofiber issues. No response from any source. Tried Complaints, Jio App, Chat, WhatsApp etc etc Device flashing red and all troubleshooting has got nothing resolved. Horrible service
