@reliancejio The JIO FIBER Connection in Jodhpur Rajasthan is having a MAJOR IMPACT since 29th and we as a customer don’t have any way to escalate apart from calling customer care. They’ve resolved ticket without even fixing issue. Please someone look into it @JioCare @jio

@ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to solve my issue. Now, your issue raise when make to call on other #VI number, "beep..beep...beep..beep" for infinity time and than after, call cuts. My 4 family member, who are VI user, facing the same issue in whole #Gujarat

Don't buy #jiofiber, Instant of jio use #airtel very worst service by #jio from july 26 till now my jio fiber is not fixed and no engineer has visited the site yet.. It's been more than 7 days today and its deficiency in services by jio. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

@JioCare location is paralakhemundi, middle of Big Brahmin street. Pin 761200. Now your network is so healthy we hear "Not reachable". Is it still valid, I was under assumption it is obsolete now!! Would you mind fixing it? Unfortunately I can't port out immediately.
