The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

Kindly arrange an engineer visit today and provide a definite restoration timeline. Customers expect service and accountability, not repeated delays and standard replies.
