@reliancejio it's been terrible for the past 6month no network in my area, even watsup image's can't download. I am complained to the team so many time but they didn't respond properly. Even jio showroom in my locality is very poor in handling customers.

@JioCare This really not acceptable from one on top telecom companies. I contacted the jio fibre customer care today as even after recharge my jio fibre was not working they told me that an engineer will come and solve the problem today around7:00-8:00pm but no one came

It’s been around 11-12 years still @ViCustomerCare vodafone network in my hometown location is still poor, indoor zero network outdoor 3/4 bars. @reliancejio launched just few years back and has 4/4 signals out and in but #vodafone or now #vi is lagging. 12 years is enough.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare any way to get an actual response from a customer care executive instead of an automated one that solves no problem? Must say no other provider has such terrible customer care than #jio. #jiosucks
