    My signal strength is always showing 2 bands in 5G. Upto 14th March things were quite fine with same intensity. Suddenly it stopped. It is so bad that calls are not getting through with 5G. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio absolute trash service - been 24 hours since my JioFi is disconnected, have raised multiple requests but of no use. Remote work and digital India is a distant dream with ISPs being this unresponsive.

    Complaint for shifting. I am working from home and now I can't work because wifi is not there as they took out the connection. And if they are taking out the connection someone in your team should have redone the connection same time. Can you please assist.@JioCare @reliancejio
