  @DKMahant @JioCare After a desperate 8 days without internet an engineer visited my house and restored my internet service. one Mr Gopal who visited earlier to address my concern reset my router and didn't have courtesy to apprise me about resetting my password.   @reliancejio @JioCare Acct: 600232706334 Internet STOPPED working 2 days back. If you want to genuinely resolve the issue. Do it fast, (1) change the plan to basic one, ₹399 plan, (2) change to prepaid plan and (3) activate internet now itself. We will think of continuing it.

  @JioCare Is there any timeline upto which these service request issues will be resolved. When not then why claiming it's being attended. Jio customer care services are ultra poor. AI can do better job then you. JIO can save spending money on useless activities(customer care) by using AI

  @JioCare @airtelindia (2/2) At one point, I had to beg at the Jio service center because they hadn't resolved my internet issue for over 15 days, even though I had already paid for 1 year and it was impacting my office work. They treated me like a dog—maybe worse than a street dog.
