@JioCare trying to get a Jio gigafibre was so hard I was totally unaware of it. In my location various people have requested for a connection. But from past 1 year your team is saying we will come down in your area. Another fact is your connection point is just 500m from location

There is no confirmation email even if it is cancelled. I asked her to send and she said she can’t. Asked her to transfer to supervisor, she said she can’t. She couldn’t help with anything. I have already paid, am I getting the service or not? @JioCare
