    @reliancejio very much network problem in kanpur dada nagar area . Even having 5g device and 5g recharge there never comes 5g network and some times 4g network also didn't work and same problems while on call tired to connect customer care but no solution plz look at the problem

    Still no fix from Jio AirFiber. How many more “4 hours” do you need? This is outright incompetence and complete disregard for customers. @JioCare either resolve this NOW or stop making false promises. #JioAirFiber #WorstService

    @JioCare It’s alright. I’m honestly tired of explaining the same issue again and again. Called support 17 times for one single problem and still ended up here. But thanks for finally showing concern anyway. Hope no one else has to go through this experience.

    @JioCare I just wanted to know what going on there? With in 10 days new machines can easily installed but its been 10 days to repairing or whatever that glitch, really @JioCare you are very slow. Now I'm looking to new connection bye bye lazy jio.
