    @JioCare Hi, this is about order N0 NO00001D18T9W on 12th May26. Jio Airfiber order was canceled by you as you were unable to provide the network in our area. Since then I am following up consistently but there is no refund yet. Ravi 09315409678 manager don't bother to reply.

    @JioCare That Service request is not visible to me in myjio app. Don't just give me the standard response that you guys are working on it. Installation must be done by today or else kindly refund me my money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's resolved by changing connectors and service person asked me to pay ₹400 for the same. I logged a complaint with Jio regarding this matter. Hope, I will receive a final resolution on it.

    @shakthi1407 @reliancejio Hi Shakthi, that's not the experience we aim for. We have made a few changes to the system, and the issue should be resolved within few minutes. Please check your internet connectivity after this time. If the issue persists, kindly run a diagnostic test on your MyJio (1/2)

    Customers pay for stable internet service, not endless troubleshooting messages. Either replace the faulty AirFiber setup/router immediately with proper technician support or refund my last 3 months’ payment. @JioCare please stop delaying and take real action now.
