    Pathetic service by jio @JioCare till now. Purchased jio air fiber on 12th may still no one has come for installation. I have been following up with representative who sold me plan. According to him his manager is deliberately delaying approvals.

    Every time there’s a power cut in Vadodara (Ajwa Road, Kamlanagar), Jio mobile data becomes nearly unusable. What’s the point of paying for 5G services if speeds drop to 5–10 Mbps like old 3G during every outage? Please improve tower backup infrastructure. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio fraud ever. I have 150mbps but receiving only 72.86 mbps download and 5.30 upload. They people have no solution for this. @TRAI

    @JioCare Reply sent and u can check the previous chat history also. I downgraded my plan from 100mbps to 30 mbps for this reason only as I was hardly getting a speed of 10 mbps and now the internet speed is down in single digits.
