    @JioCare Om 19 April you have raised a query and on 20 April your service engineer close the query without contacting to us and without check the problem this why we say that jio fiber service is extremely poor and not reliable because more then 10 time complain raise and close

    I have never seen thug ISP like @JioCare i mean there is a limit of customer harassment... the speed z absolutely fcuked up. The ping is just too high. Almost all in my house are suffering. 3 days 3 technicians no soln.. even whats app uploads r slow. @reliancejio

    @TRAI @JioCare My Jio number (7009611083) was suspended on 14th April 2023. I got to know that my services are suspended via their IVR and upon Calling the customer executive I raised the complaint. Which they file under "SIM BOX FRAUD" Then that complain closed without soln

    @JioCare hi team..got a call from an engineer..as per him due to new norms connection cannot be restored.i see a clear cost saving from JIO as they do not want to fix the connection..instead bringing new excuses and not providing the solution.this is petty after sales service..

    @JioCare I am again mentioning, issue is not with network speed. Without vpn, speed is good. With vpn, speed is very slow. I also received a message saying SR00001JEDVW is closed. The issue is not resolved yet. Kindly reopen SR00001JEDVW
