    @JioCare There is no internet connectivity from last 3 days. Raised a complaint vide SR0000350T4B. But no resolution has been received till now. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

    @JioCare The self care route is not working , check the image above clearly after clicking on view more there is NO reschedule option . You and the customer care helpline guys are just giving me the same answer without a proper solution. Fix your app and my internet

    One of your employee is saying to keep checking the status of complaint &guiding me such a hard steps from jio ap which would b so impossible without her guidance. what should ido by knowing the status of the complaint? If it is not being resolved from last 8 days @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare It is horrible experience about jio. I want a Caller tune for my number but Kio Sawan asking payment? First you show Free Caller Tune on Jio Sawan but as you start downloading it ask money? Is it not Missleading. Think deeply about your poor service.

    @JioCare it has been one week since I am trying to connect with customer care through the app and what'sapp for my fiber connection. Now tired of trying and really very much dissatisfied for the first time Hy jio internet. Please resolve my issue.
