Xorn! (@laZyOne69) reported@JioCare It’s been 4 days since I completed self‑KYC and opted for SIM delivery. Now the delivery agent says he can’t deliver just because I did self‑KYC. This is unacceptable. Chat support isn’t helping either.

ராஜா 👑 (@real_1708) reported@JioCare Good day. I installed Jio Fiber in November 2025. Before installation, I contacted a Jio technician to confirm the network availability and speed in my area. I was assured that the connection would be stable and reliable.(1/6)

Scary1718 (@Scary7038) reported@JioCare I wasted so much time waiting for installation, calls, and updates, but there was no proper support from the team. Honestly, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy Jio services again and I’ll definitely not rcmd

ajaycatt (@ajaycatt07) reported@JioCare Kindly install multiple C6 devices in our area and rectify this network issue permanently. Otherwise, please convert my Jio AirFiber connection to Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection, which will be more useful and stable for me. I prefer to continue with Jio service, (3/4)

Dhruv Pujara (@dhruv_pujara7) reported@cool_1998tgn @VerdeSelvans @reliancejio Yes, but it’s in a similar range, around 150 Mbps, with proper network coverage. There are some places near me where we don’t even get Jio’s network.
