    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Internet is not working properly and engineer visits are repeatedly being rescheduled. Kindly resolve this issue urgently or provide a permanent solution. @reliancejio

    @JioCare My JioFiber issue is finally resolved after continuous follow-ups & escalations. However, services remained disrupted from 6-May-26 causing inconvenience, work impact & financial loss. Request refund/validity extension for downtime. Contd 1/2

    @JioCare After tremendous follow-up and relentless efforts from my side, I have finally received the amount. Frankly, I believe that without escalating the matter aggressively, this refund would never have been processed. Nevertheless, thank you for refunding my money.

    @JioCare I ordered a matching number SIM. The delivery agent asked for the OTP over the call but did not deliver the SIM. However, the SIM has already been activated. I want the SIM issued to me immediately. Please investigate this issue and arrange proper delivery.
