    @reliancejio @JioCare Your services are very poor i m facing the router issue from 29th june but no is helping me out, they scheduling rescheduling but no technical engineer is visiting i want my compensation as well note my complaint if its not gonna noted i will surely going to go legally #JioFiber

    @JioCare Vaishali ji..Plz help me as my entire business & financial transactions depend on this num..all bank OTP's.. Even my ITR is tonb filed & will need this num for OTp.. My Salary is Cr. In my Account but I cannot pay my bills as OTP can't b received.. Badly stuck.

    @JioCare No technician has visited my home from last 7 days. Do you even understand the issue? Just automated reply and same dumb answers won't solve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio since last 1week weeks the internet speed of Jio fiber is too low, I used to get 25+ mbps atleast, but now can't even get 10 mbps. What is the issue here, please solve this, 😐😐.what we paid for what speed is we getting. #poor #service

    @JioCare iam having redlight blinking issues with my jio fiber connection past 7 days created a service request via customer care toll free no the technician is rescheduling the visit all the time and then changes the request status as resolved without even visiting the pathetic

    @JioCare sorry to say but I have experienced worst customer service response from jio team. Service request registered on 9th July, 2 times engineer close request with out visit, again register a request SR00001C3O3L. If anyone can help, this is 2nd time I was forced to tweet.
