    @JioCare @JioCare It’s been 13 days and my JioFiber is still not working. Despite your public assurance and multiple complaints, no engineer has visited. Complaint SR00003AQ95D was closed without resolution and SR00003AYSIV is still pending. Appellate Authority has already been informed.

    @JioCare i booked a Jio Fiber installation. This morning KYC was done and approved. And till now, nobody has come for the installation. On top of that, your customer care system sucks. I’ve paid in full and i deserve to know what’s the status of your service. Please respond.
