I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it.
