Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

Running a diagnosis is not a big issue, which I even do myself. I need a resolution. Even the modem can be replaced and tried...but they don't do it.
