    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare Since a long time the internet speed is very slow in my Jio phone. Complained a lot, talked to Jio care many times but the result was zero. Has the speed of Jio 4G been reduced to promote Jio 5G? I think so When will I get 4G speed of net? no i have to pot

    @MumbaiPolice @JioCare I have a recording of the same call made by me through my alternate number and i tried calling the cyber crime police station but my calls aren't going through. Please help. I have also been in touch with @JioCare and received a reply from their end yesterday at 05:59 pm.
