    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare i want to add and avail GST benefits on my Jio Fiber account. The call Center , live chat and email support says it’s not possible . What’s the reason ? If u are charging gst why can’t I avail it ?

    Is this kind of service, you promise to give @JioCare I have recharged yesterday, but you're saying to my team , it declined, why the hell it should declined when I have sufficient amount of funds in my bank account,I stayed the whole day without internet,sort it out immediately.

    @AmitYad61148329 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare
