many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai I requested relocation and time was given to me no one turned up, i called jiocare they gave me another time no one turned up again, same happened 3rd time and now got msg that request is on hold as per my request, which I never did.

@JioCare Your network in Cuddalore at pincode 607002 is so poor, that I am not even getting 2G speed offered by other networks. Forget 5G try to improve your 4G infra first
