    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare I can't use the 5G welcome offer because of no 5G network coverage on Neral location therefore i am very frustrated, kindly consider the same. If you think about it then you can do everything.

    @JioCare Is this some kind of joke. went to jio store to convert my jio postpaid to prepaid. But since then there is no network on my phone.
