Ramanathan Alagappan இராமநாதன் (@alramanathan) reported@reliancejio I ordered a Jio SIM on 19-Aug, submitted all the documents digitally and verified them through Aadhaar OTP. However still it shows document verification in progress. I should have walked into store and got a SIM, digital process @JioCare is not working effectively!
