many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@reliancejio @Asliambani my location is about few hundred meters from the main Jio's service center, jio's tower. What i/we always receiving is a weak network coverage, can't even load videos, have to go or stay outdoor to receive good signals, even when there was electricity blackout for few minutes 1/3
