    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare Hi Team, I am currently in Canada with international roaming enabled and for some reason my auto pay did not go through. I have paid my bill manually but my service seems to be deactivated. I have no way of contacting Jio customer care now since I don't have network.
