Arman (@Armaanismm) reported@JioCare 4 days without internet! Multiple complaints, multiple calls, but no engineer visit. One complaint marked "Resolved" despite no fix, another "On Hold". Customer care only asks me to wait. We have 4 Jio SIMs and 3 JioFiber connections in our family. If this is how loyal customers are treated, we'll shift everything to Airtel. JioFiber: 7313177798 .
