    @JioCare Yes yhe same address, there is problem in network as its fluctuating and the Internet is also fluctuating maximum times okb/s. Not able to download, surf the common webs. Like previously Internet is coming in certain places.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @AirtelNigeria @AIRTEL_KE @Airtel_Ug @TRAI @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate @cyber Venkat, this is the 4th time I'm facing this issue😒 Like everytime do I need to go and swap the SIM card. It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

    @JioCare Looks like customer service executives on 198 number doesn’t have the information properly and not solving the issues. I had a issue with data consumption.

    @JioCare It's not concern of bill. I want paid bill receipt, which I didn't received after paid transactions. Displayed transaction error.Last month was the same issue. Sent mail but no one resolved my concern.

    @JioCare In my locality15°51'00"N 74°34'08"E there is a jio tower ,but from last fortnight we are getting weak signal. Please check it out.

    @JioCare I had raised a service request ID SR000017R6WD for jiofiber remote not working. The service engineer never showed up but my request was closed without solving my problem.

    @JioCare To convert one postpaid to prepaid number you make your customer run around multiple times! That's hell of a service. Why can't you just reflect my payment in all your systems at once!!!

    @JioCare Service ID 299742054020 having JioFixedVoice Number +918313550074 not activated. Router blinks red LED. There is no customer care number to talk to person on duty. Call on my registeted mobile.

    @JioCare Just wanted to make it to your concern that I'm experiencing a low speed since months. Tried to inform the customer care through calls, e-mails and what not but I've always been told to wait for 84 days due to a coverage issue. Expecting a positive response from the team

    Is @reliancejio trying to imposing Hindi on their customers. When receiving reminder, @JioCare executives starts conversing in hindi, just bcs its their mother tongue & only language that they knew. Even they don't bother to see customer profile, whom they're trying to reach

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber/AirFiber has been down due to an outage for a long time. The app shows “Outside home connectivity – Outage detected” and says restoration is taking longer than expected. Very disappointing service and no clear ETA. Please resolve this urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Enough copy-paste replies. I don’t need another DM loop. My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” SMS. Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no action and I get reminders to pay the bill for a service which I havent used for past one month. Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

    @JioCare dear X users plz take a note that Jio has developed a system to avoid customer grievance registration. If you face a perticular problem with your number you won't be able to connect to Jio care through that number . IVR will block you at a dead end with I fixed recorded
