    @JioCare I have raised service request for 5 times now, every time service engineer is appointed but no one shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue. In touch with @JioCare for last 10 days but issue is still unresolved. Really disappointed by the service provided

    Pathetic service by @JioCare I've raised 5 service request till now, the service engineer never shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue upon that I get a msg that is problem is solved. Really disappointed

    @JioCare In my locality15°51'00"N 74°34'08"E there is a jio tower ,but from last fortnight we are getting weak signal. Please check it out.

    @JioCare Same location. 2 different numbers. Both with bad connectivity on both mobile phone as well as on Jio Dongle. Complaint raised multiple times. Nothing done yet

    @JioCare It's not concern of bill. I want paid bill receipt, which I didn't received after paid transactions. Displayed transaction error.Last month was the same issue. Sent mail but no one resolved my concern.

    Hello, @TRAI , I bought Jio started pack for ₹349 on 14th June and opted to port my number from BSNL to JIO. Till date it's not ported and not received any update from @JioCare. Jio customer care is asking to wait for 24 hours always.

    @reliancejio Reference number *SR00002EHB7E*. We’ve had poor service since getting the fiber connection for my parents. We disconnected BSNL and Tata Sky, but now Jio isn’t working. The next technician visit is on July 1st, and I regret choosing Jio.

    @reliancejio connecting to a real customer service person is harder than finding a unicorn... There is no way to talk to real person instead of pathetic bot... i will move to airtel xtreme @airtelindia from this jio fiber if i don't get the resolution now
