    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @AirtelNigeria @AIRTEL_KE @Airtel_Ug @TRAI @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate @cyber Venkat, this is the 4th time I'm facing this issue😒 Like everytime do I need to go and swap the SIM card. It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

    @JioCare Yes yhe same address, there is problem in network as its fluctuating and the Internet is also fluctuating maximum times okb/s. Not able to download, surf the common webs. Like previously Internet is coming in certain places.

    Let me bring to your notice @_MukeshAmbani ji there is a #Reliancedigital store at Govaves Circle Belgaum Karnataka,where there are many Jio Customers & the person whose handling is one & he is very rude doesn’t have any sense to talk at the Store @reliancejio @RelianceDigital

    @rohantatkare @airtelindia You should have walked to a different service provider. @JioCare @VodafoneIN and my friend you don’t have any other choice. It’s either Airtel, VIL or Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence You guys should stop misleading people and concentrate on your proper services. @reliancejio don't need to promote itself. You are promoting it because of your poor service. I am stuck with you guys as I have recharged for 1 year. Else I would have ported.

    @JioCare Same location. 2 different numbers. Both with bad connectivity on both mobile phone as well as on Jio Dongle. Complaint raised multiple times. Nothing done yet

    @JioCare Looks like customer service executives on 198 number doesn’t have the information properly and not solving the issues. I had a issue with data consumption.

    Can’t even imagine @reliancejio network is so poor in a smart city and @OfficialJioTV is the MOST PATHETIC mobile TV App been for a while now. They started off well but now, it’s showing the true colours as they made enough of customers and money. Can’t even compare with Hotstar.

    @JioCare It's not concern of bill. I want paid bill receipt, which I didn't received after paid transactions. Displayed transaction error.Last month was the same issue. Sent mail but no one resolved my concern.

    @JioCare Just wanted to make it to your concern that I'm experiencing a low speed since months. Tried to inform the customer care through calls, e-mails and what not but I've always been told to wait for 84 days due to a coverage issue. Expecting a positive response from the team

    @airtelindia I took the WORST decision to port my no. frm @reliancejio to @airtelindia. on a family plan of 3 nos, I got only one sim. Struggling to get other 2 SIM for last 7 days with exec & CC unable to help. CC refused to give complaint#, instead asked me to go to Store.

    Hi @JioCare, it has been more than 16 hours since your last reply and the service is still not restored. In total, my JioFiber has been down for over 24+ hours now. Repeated generic responses are not helping. Please provide a clear ETA and resolve this issue immediately.

    The Jio Airfibre really sucks. So, frequent disconnections, slow internet. Even the customer support is pathetically slow in resolving the issues. It seems I should have gone with @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. Internet not working and repeated failed engineer visits. Now even disconnection request is not being processed on call. I don’t have time to wait for visits. Close my connection immediately or I will escalate further. #JioFiber

    Why are they adding validity for data recharge when you have an active plan. The data recharge should be available until the active plan finishes. Everywhere they trying to making a business not providing service #airtel @reliancejio #trai @raghav_chadha

    Jio broadband connection a beauty, really on 'demand service" Internet connection available when I demand vigorously. After few days @JioCare disappears. Rinse, repeat this 3-4 times/month,still pay for this service Icing on the cake is I am RIL shareholder for 20 years #JioIPO
