    Hello @reliancejio i had raised DND request on 29th March 2022. But i am still receiving all types of promotional calls and msgs. Kindly resolve this issue or else i have to file complaint with @TRAI or @jagograhakjago

    There is a lot of issue with Jio network in our area (complaint made 4 times), at the initial stage Jio was doing great in our area but now network and services of Jio are 3rd class and they hiked charges also so disappointed 😞 @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @DoT_India Thank you. Kindly help me. It is very disappointing that my wife has to go through it. She increase @JioCare @reliancejio customers and instead of compliment , they downgraded the account without prior information. Also customer care person ask to cut the call when he called.

    @JioCare after even dm still not getting any response jio is worst. It's only Airtel who cares for customer as i tweeted here i didn't got any call, if i did a same in Airtel within no time they will call because they care what they offers
