  @reliancejio A retailer provide sim activation recharge mnp etc but jio not give them the swap power just think when a jio customar lost his sim why he have to go jio store ..... Why jio dont give them the power of sim replacement... In a rural area we face this problem ...

  @reliancejio @JioCare Wrost experience at JioStore Ultadanga (Kolkata, West bengal), Store person lady refused to provide me replacement sim as I refused her offer to buy a new sim. Want resolution as fast as possible.

  Dear @JioCare @reliancejio , Love the way you guys have trained and made your customer support executive and system to automatically close any calls before it even starts to connect. Why not have no #CustomerService at all, instead of creating these fake system.
