@JioCare Reply you gave in the message is for Billing Issue and that too is not appropriate. How can you charge in advance for Postpaid? Please resolve other issues mentioned i.e. frequent drops in the Internet, Slow Internet Speed which is 19-20 Mbps for 150 Mbps plan.

@JioCare my Service Request Number : SR00001BWZID Regarding new STB is still pending after more than 24 hrs. Not received any call from any service engineer about installation . Called customer care twice they told me to wait .. please resolve ASAP.
