    @JioCare is one of the worst service ever.I have been patience for almost one month for DND since I am getting lots of spam calls. After complaining nothing has change and I have call multiple times to solve the issue but sadly no resolve as of now @Airtel_Presence is must better

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service experience. The representative I spoke with not only failed to assist me, but also became rude and began sending numerous random OTPs after the call. As a customer, I expected better treatment.

    @JioCare I have bought only 4 vouchers of only 119rs value for my family members for future use only. After buying those vouchers next day my no stops working without any prior notice. And even the jio team has removed those 4 vouchers and still my no not working

    @JioCare #jiofibre Helpline always busy. Store executives are clueless. Jio app directs to Book installation first rather than giving service/support help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio poor service provide by jio i recharged my jio prepaid number today morning with one year plan through my jio app with amazon pay balance amount deducted but till time recharge not reflecting ... Now what should i do?
