Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician. @JioCare @reliancejio

Gaurav (@___gauravg) reported@JioCare my airfiber is doing my head in. Frequent disconnections , every 15 mins or so. Diagnostics shows no problems and had a very uninspiring call with customer care who i don't think understands the problem. This needs to be escalated to a service engineer asap.
