    @RIL_Updates @JioCare "It seems like a standard response that I receive every time. Every time there is a network issue, your team gives the same excuse about 'temporary issues in the area.' It feels like a way to avoid addressing the problem seriously. I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."

    @JioCare You replied my message but Given the continued delay in delivery, I have decided not to wait any longer. Since the port request will automatically cancel after 13 days, I will wait for that to happen and intend to move to a different service provider instead, Thanks for no port.

    @JioCare 2 days without internet and you still assure resolution later? People work for companies and cannot accept internet issues continuing for weeks. Please act sensibly instead of endlessly rescheduling. My due date is on the 15th, and I will not make payment until waiver & resolved

    @JioCare @JioCare JioFiber remained completely down from 7 May till 13 May and was restored only today after repeated complaints and escalations. Immediate compensation or validity extension must be provided for all downtime days, as customers should not be charged for unavailable service
