    I hve been a @reliancejio fiber user for some time and a very happy one indeed untill recently. I wanted to add settop box to existing connection and i contacted @JioCare customer support, where i was told to pay online when the technician installs the settop box.

    @JioCare Internet works fine and other apps apart from Voot and Sony Liv not working. As per your representative, I have 2 plans active. One is Referal plan and the other one is 999 that I recharged as I don’t want referal plan it doesn’t have Internet.
