    @AjioCares It been over 26 hours.Return ID RT215262514 is STILL stuck on"Pending Verification"over a brand printing error. I have already shared clear photo evidence of the matching barcode via app & mail. Please check Complaint ID COM00106361290 and approve it now! @AjioCares @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've called customer service three times, filed a complaint, and even emailed them, but I still haven't received my SIM. Is this the service Jio offers?

    @reliancejio It's total harassment, not able to use the internet despite multiple complaints. And rude behaviour from the assigned executive. He has changed the schedule of appointment as per his convenience.

    @JioCare I have JioFibre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. No connectivity for past 3 days. Technician came and said the issue is outside and it will be resolved shortly. I am still waiting. No follow up or response. SR000035J5E5 is the ticket which is still open. Please speed it up.

    @reliancejio @JioCare such horrible services. First the delivery boy comes without helmet. Then cancels the order without informing. No helmet . No driving license. That's how you work!!! Disgusting. #jiomarttezpur
