    @JioCare It has been almost 40 days and my JioAirFiber speed issue is STILL not resolved, despite multiple complaints and escalations. Complaint SR000036CY75 was falsely closed without resolution or my confirmation, which is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ordered a SIM yesterday - order ref. NO00015F4WD3. It's still showing "order in progress" and SIM not yet delivered. Called 18008949999 and some idiot picked the call who had no clue and gave me another no., which is for activation of SIM.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is NOT a tracking issue. I have requested JioFiber DISCONNECTION since 24th. Repeated engineer no-shows and fake reschedules are happening. I am requesting immediate cancellation and account closure. Please escalate to a human agent.

    @JioCare This level of service is extremely disappointing. We trusted Jio for reliable connectivity, but being without internet for nearly a week with no support is unacceptable. Requesting immediate attention and resolution from the Jio team. Please arrange a service visit
