    @JioCare I had already done that before few days. But nothing has happened. I was given assurance of increasing coverage in my area, but then nothing has been done. Only air-tel is giving full coverage here. On Jio network i need to step out or on window to call.

    @JioCare Absolutely rotten service. I wish to terminate my connection. I called 198. Submitted proofs. But all you guys interested in why I am leaving Jio. It’s my wish. When I joined did u ask why I joined. Now when I went to leave you don’t let go.

    After waiting more than 1 hr..some staff came with mobile...the poor service of your stores not ended here...at evening I visited @RelianceDigital of supela...asked for @reliancejio sim...staff there enter my no. In his mobile and said his POS machine requires update...

    @JioCare I'm experiencing extremely slow internet speed since past few months. Complained several times but all in vain. 80% of the day time speed is below 40 KBPS. Only at late night I get proper speed. My studies are affecting due to this.

    After giving a complain to jio care there is no change in service Jio is the worst company for giving service I think we have to change service provider from jio to another @JioCare @reliancejio
