    @JioCare Everyday you guys take time to check but there is no action to my post.. Relocation request raised on 30th May. Full amount paid on 6th June. How many days is your TAT for a new Air Fiber connection? Bad customer service with no one responding to my request

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago a customer executive, and they are literally telling me the same thing that they are rescheduling the engineer visit. They are transferring the call again and again for the last 5 days, and nothing is happening. My billing date is 11th June, and again I will get charged more.(5)

    I've been getting the same assurances for nearly 2 months. Cancel the order and provide a full refund. I no longer wish to continue with this endless cycle of false updates and template responses. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue remains unresolved. Yesterday’s visit was missed and today’s committed visit was denied. Service has been down for 3 days and is impacting my work. Kindly provide the engineer’s name, contact number, and a confirmed resolution time today.

    @JioCare 5 days since I submitted my port request to Jio, but it’s still pending. Haven’t recharged my current SIM and have been without calling services. Please help resolve this.

    @JioCare There’s no follow up. It’s normal for jio internet nowadays - days of service disruption. Frustrating experience. Do better before we switch to better available options! Horrible!
