    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jiocare the airfiber was under network outage frm 25.8.26 till 1.9.26 6pm. Hence change the recharge date of 6th September asap @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber benefits issue reported on July 3 is STILL unresolved. I accidentally selected the wrong benefit and requested a reset to “Full Value Back Vouchers.” It has now been 60+ days with no resolution despite repeated assurances.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been facing the same issue for the last two months. When I ask for a refund, they simply copy and paste the bot message with random names. It’s pathetic. #Jio

    @JioCare Till now no body care? I don't know how jio fiber will correct themselves. Lose customer without business and service plan?
