@JioCare I was just told that a refund of the excess payments made by me cannot be refunded and when I asked why, the agent disconnected my call. I had to attempt recharge thrice because your app kept throwing errors. Now I can't get the money back?

@JioCare Issue is still not resolved. It's working fine between 10-4 pm. After evening it's not working at all. Even sending a single message is becoming a challenge.pls look into it. It was not the case earlier
