Mr.Rudra told they have shortage of staff,When i asked mr.Rudra to give his employed ID for contact to jio care,he refused to give it ,i am harassed by these people . Today i am received the message that due to techincal reason jio fibre not proceed they cancel it.@JioCare

it’s been more than 6 months the network issue of JIO couldn’t be solved. I have raise many requests to customer care but issue still persists the same. I’m not able to call/use net even in Delhi due to worst quality of network.ichoose port out your services @JioCare @reliancejio
