  @JioCare @reliancejio Helo what is the status of MR0000X7GINY. Yesterday from 7 PM till midnight there was no network at all (577424). I don’t know why you guys turn off the whole network.

  @reliancejio network is poor in pincode 629001 Catherine Booth hospital & surrounding areas. Has deteriorated progressively in 18 months. Airtel has consistently improved. I get better speed on Airtel mobile hotspot compared to Jio dongle. What's the use of a purpose built modem!

  @JioCare most uncared for services. My service having issues for atleast last two days and no one cares. Call Centre doesn't have time for my Google Chrome to open which again I ama trying on a wired network.

  @JioCare I got my Jio fiber installed a week back. And this is second time my internet stopped working. Last time it took 2 days to get it resolved and now again same issue. Your customer care people dont know how to talk. I want u to please refund my money. I am in trial period.
