    I have recently topped up my mobile for International Roaming and there is no signal ever since we topped up. Customer service said that this is a known issue and you are working to optimize network. When you can't provide a service why can't you refund @JioCare @AmbaniTina

    @JioCare @reliancejio @mukeshambani. What the hell. Network quality is so poor. No helpful responses come from JIO. Services are also not good. Airtel is better than jio.
