@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India I did advance recharge of Rs. 2545 on 27/12/2021 txn id 10000599677565.There is no network in Prasad Hospital Junabganj,Lko.226401 since last two days. I decided to stop the use of jio services. Pls refund the recharge amount to the payment source

Your service is very poor and even no response after complaining in jio app. Porting to alternate service provider seems better option for me than wasting time with this irresponsible jio app etc .,, @reliancejio @JioCare

I was thinking to shift from Airtel fiber to jio fiber. Now you guys tell what should I do, Itna buffer, and lag krta hai, connection problem complaint krne ka koi fayda nahi. Hum kya kre ab aap ye btaye. @airtelindia @reliancejio

@JioCare Jio fibre customer care number useless since a week I'm trying no one answered the guy who sold to us not a string either calls or messages.. Pathetic customer care please avoid this service they will sell none promised goods

@reliancejio I'm hugely disspointed with jiofibre service. I've strange issue and customer service not even ready to help. I'm getting promised speed of approx 90mbps but still apps like YouTube, whatsapp and instagram is not loading fast and taking too much time.
