@reliancejio Dear jio.. Myself nilesh jain, I am receiving approx 10 to 15 spam calls per day,i have approached customer care as well as blocked the same in my jio app, but its of no use, i have ported my self from VI to JIO, expecting a Good Experience n service. Pls do help

Finally decided to end my 7+ years association with Vi due to poor network connectivity issues which remained unsolved even after raising numerous complaints @ViCustomerCare ! Thanks to MNP, I’ve managed to switch with @reliancejio

@JioCare I had installed JioFiber along with set top box on 29th Nov 2021, the hdmi that comes with set top box was broken, so your installation guy said that it will be replaced but this still hasn't been done. I have raised complaints on twitter, customer care and even tried
