@JioCare my mother lost her mobile. She is 75 years old lady and her finger print could not be recognised at your store, may be due to age. She was denied for the replacement SIM card. Can you deliver the replacement SIM card at our address the way you deliver for new customer?

@reliancejio Worst network in Zadeshwar, Bharuch. I have been complaining to customer care since May-22 but no action till now. u r talking abt 5G..First provide gud 4G network in all areas & then provide 5G. Worst service @PMOIndia & ministry of telecom to look into this. .
