@JioCare Hey Jio care it has been 3 days since I raised a complaint here and 10 days since I paid for a connection. Kindly cancel the connection and refund the amount. I think it is better to continue with hathway if this is the kind/speed of resolution you provide to your customers.

@JioCare I took reliance jio fiber connection with 999 plan as per plan i can see I should get access on 14 apps. Same.thing communicated by sales guy.. But customer care don't have a clue they are denying.. Customer care call never connects

@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare i had requested for disconecting your fiber connection and waiting for refund even after 1 & half month. Your customer care just disconnect my call. We are not as wealth as #Ambani so refund the amount at the earliest
