    @JioCare Kindly cancel my connection right away and share the cancelation request number. Your customer care number plays ivr that wait for engineer. Else would have logged the cancelation request there only

    @JioCare Can't even find a place to raise complaint. I've already escalated in x your folks said they're working on it still same. App diagnoses and says indoor use you use 4G. If airtel is giving me indoor 5G why should I buy unlimited jio 5G pack?

    @JioCare Hotstar subscription is included in my recharge plan, still not showing in my Hotstar. Kindly resolve this. Also your customer care is pretty useless I've to come here to seek help

    More than 2 months of incoming call issues. Now outgoing calls have stopped working too. Multiple complaints, follow-ups, technician visits, and still no resolution. My JioFiber landline is practically unusable. Emails ignored, DMs ignored, issue unresolved. #JioFiber @JioCare
