@JioCare Signal Issue for the 8th Month! Every time @jiocare just ask the same questions of number, issue (NO SIGNAL/CALL DROP). Give unnecessary stupid steps, then hope and then do NOTHING!! BEWARE of Getting JIO !! #jiocare

@JioCare 1. You come to take money in 1 hr, for refunds you take 7-14 days. 2. Your agent says it will be installed at time of money collection, and denies 1 week later. 3. When your agent denies, Customer has to keep asking for a refund. 4. This is how jio cares?

@JioCare I paid Rs 2500/- on 5 dec 2020...now it's been almost 1.5 week but everytime I call customer care they say that tomorrow the service will be installed but nothing happens. I also applied for cancellation due to this torture but neither they are installing nor cancelling

In my area jiofiber is not providing service and in near by places all area have jio fiber connection i am calling to agent they always said 4-5 month till 1 year this is jio services you provide to us @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Is there any way of converting from pre-paid (non J&K) to postpaid sim, while inside J&K? This is causing a huge hassle to people who were working in other parts of the country and migrated to their hometowns in J&K due to covid. Please help.

The reason they mention was your area is not cover in the fiber network i.e 105 neshvilla road ,dehradun, uttrakhand but the jio_fiber is connected 5 house before my home, after a talk the provider need extra charges for it.Please see for the above mentioned @reliancejio @JioCare
