@JioCinema buffering a lot because of no good network in our Village but with same network we watched in Hotstar smoothly without any problem. @JioCinema need to work on that. It's really annoying @reliancejio . #TATAIPL #TATAIPL2023

@JioCare Yes facing issue at same location , it's everyday and I have did 100 time complain bit no improvement in net speed so I am going to Do mnp of this sim in Airtel tommorow

@JioCare I have recharged the Jio Fiber with 999 plan but OTT apps are not activated on mobile number associated with my Fiber plans. Tried to call your customer care, but it took 15 minutes to just work on automated recorded options and then I could give up. What to do about it.

@reliancejio From last two days I am facing very very low internet speed for Jiofi3 but when I try to trouble shoot with the help of jio app on that movement for few seconds speed getting increase and falls test result provided. Customer care not sure when problem will resolve.

@JioCare was it very difficult to arrange a call back. You guys asked for the time, I replied back, what else do you want to arrange a simple call back to a given number. There is a voice problem, you can understand it only if you call.

Team @reliancejio @jio you are the worst network I even saw, your indoor coverage is pathetic and you people should work on it. I am going to switch to Airtel as you don't care about the customer service. You people will loose lots of customers because of this.
