@JioCinema buffering a lot because of no good network in our Village but with same network we watched in Hotstar smoothly without any problem. @JioCinema need to work on that. It's really annoying @reliancejio . #TATAIPL #TATAIPL2023

@reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniji @akashambani Being a Jio customer has been the worst experience of my life. Despite multiple requests for assistance with network issues, no one seems willing to help me. Should I have to bow down at your feet to get the problem resolved #disappointed

Jio still showing its speed of having biggest and slowest cellular network.. Its better for us to switch over other network or opt for 3g. We can expect such issues from your side @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Everything is done we have been constantly following up with area manager as well customer care how many times do I have to do this?I'd do it if that sorts my issue & m surely switching soon atleast other provider focus on post sales services and issues unlike jio !!

@JioCare I made the first call at 1pm this afternoon, and the executive assured me that it'll be fixed in the next 2 hours. I called again at 5pm and I was promised it will be solved in another 2 hours. I called at 8:30pm and I'm assured a resolution in 2 hours again.
