    @JioCare The awesome reply which I got from every Jio Executive that, if you don't like services please proceed with disconnection of jio connection. No executive said that we are trying to get the issue resolved. Everyone just want to proceed with disconnection.

    @JioCare How pathetic... after waiting for about 10 days post payment, your engineer says he will not be able to install it.. i asked my previous service provider to discontinue from next month.. now he is asking for penal fees.. who is responsible ?

    @JioCare i had purchased JioFi also but that is also now a westage because your network doesn't work in correct order. sometimes works then it stops working.

    @JioCare i have been complaining from past few days related to my jio fiber internet, internet plan 150mbps unlimited and i am getting speed of 30mbps sometime it goes down to 10mbps also 2mbps speed for downloading i have never got uploading speed till date more than 1mbps

    @reliancejio Jio fiber not working from last 12 hours, multiple calls have been made to customer care. The awesome reply which I got from every Jio Customer care Executive that, if you don't like services please proceed with disconnection of jio connection.
