    @JioCinema buffering a lot because of no good network in our Village but with same network we watched in Hotstar smoothly without any problem. @JioCinema need to work on that. It's really annoying @reliancejio . #TATAIPL #TATAIPL2023

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniji @akashambani Being a Jio customer has been the worst experience of my life. Despite multiple requests for assistance with network issues, no one seems willing to help me. Should I have to bow down at your feet to get the problem resolved #disappointed

    Funny how @reliancejio customer support works. When your Jio AirFiber has connectivity issues and you need them, you get pushed to an AI assistant with seemingly no easy way to reach a human.

    @JioCare Hi I'm facing Slow Network issue in my locality Even I have complained through toll free number haven't seen any Change if it Continues as same as now i will Port Jio other services I have 38 Jio Sim and 8 JioFiber servicesin my family, I will terminate all.

    @ViCustomerCare is doing unfair trade practices. After I ported out to @reliancejio , they keep bombarding me with calls, spamming, and threatening to block my number. The “port steps” they share are actually to cancel the port. @trai please set a limit on such calls.
