    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniji @akashambani Being a Jio customer has been the worst experience of my life. Despite multiple requests for assistance with network issues, no one seems willing to help me. Should I have to bow down at your feet to get the problem resolved #disappointed

    @JioCare Dear Customer, unfortunately Order no. NO0000NNUB0G has been cancelled due to technical reasons. Applicable refund will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. @reliancejio

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio When jio is talking about 5G launch still there are several parts in Uttar Pradesh where network connectivity is very low so even you cannot access proper internet kindly look into the location the pin code is 209870. I already complaint many times

    @reliancejio Jio 5g launched in Gujarat but when will it come to every corner of Gujarat I live in Ahmedabad there is 5g network but where I live there is no 5g network so what does it mean?

    @jioFiber I am complaining about my relocation of Jio Box( From where everyone gets internet) for last more than two months. Already called the senior Sales agent and he is not responding to my calls. Is any senior team member of @reliancejio can intervene and resolve the issue.
