    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniji @akashambani Being a Jio customer has been the worst experience of my life. Despite multiple requests for assistance with network issues, no one seems willing to help me. Should I have to bow down at your feet to get the problem resolved #disappointed

    @JioCinema buffering a lot because of no good network in our Village but with same network we watched in Hotstar smoothly without any problem. @JioCinema need to work on that. It's really annoying @reliancejio . #TATAIPL #TATAIPL2023

    @JioCare Issue is not with my address. The same issue I have faced in INA market in Delhi and Now I am facing in Chennai. I mostly surf net through wifi and never realized that jio service has become so poor. I am now thinking of porting it.

    @JioCare You guys are literally shameless, this is insane level of hypocrisy. This is been 3rd day since I am waiting for my issue to be fixed. Can you please send somebody to disconnect my connection or will it take that much time too?

    @reliancejio @JioCare 5g problem not solved,some of your jio engineer met me at the site in danamarket site,apmc 2,vashi,navi mumbai, I asked them about 5g network,they told me some of part is not working do there is no 5g in this area,and the new Part not provided from jio

    @JioCare After all these no response ,My wife visited the JiO office and had ensured engineer is alloted and have this issue rectified.3 days no service will bill amount be reduced?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Now the connection has been deactivated for “overdue payment”, as shown in the attached screenshot.The representative is now not answering our calls. This is clearly an internal account/connection migration issue, not a customer payment default. (3/5)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Follow-up: Still no update on my JioHome/AirFiber relocation (Booking No. LR000016CG6E). Promised installation by 26 Aug, it’s now 29 Aug - no engineer, no call, no resolution, and I’m still being billed. This is unacceptable service. Please act NOW.

    @JioCare @trai I recharged with a 5G Unlimited plan, but I’m not even getting a stable 4G network in my area. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Paying for 5G but struggling to get even 4G is extremely frustrating. Worst service day by day. 📶
