@JioCinema buffering a lot because of no good network in our Village but with same network we watched in Hotstar smoothly without any problem. @JioCinema need to work on that. It's really annoying @reliancejio . #TATAIPL #TATAIPL2023

@JioCare @JioCare Its not on some occasion but all time past 15-20 days. While your customer care are saying that since my 2gb is getting over on daily basis it means internet speed is good,, what kind of logic is that? I am complaining about the speed, which you can see in pic shared.

@JioCare @reliancejio defines 'soon' as, 'don't know when'. Resolution would be to take back yoyr equipment, return my prepaid amount for a non-functional 'service'
