    @JioCinema buffering a lot because of no good network in our Village but with same network we watched in Hotstar smoothly without any problem. @JioCinema need to work on that. It's really annoying @reliancejio . #TATAIPL #TATAIPL2023

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniji @akashambani Being a Jio customer has been the worst experience of my life. Despite multiple requests for assistance with network issues, no one seems willing to help me. Should I have to bow down at your feet to get the problem resolved #disappointed

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio SIM activation process is extremely frustrating. I’ve called the support number multiple times, yet no one seems to have clear information about the activation process. This reflects a serious lack of knowledge and very poor service.

    Streaming the IPL on @JioHotstar using a @reliancejio AirFiber. And my God, the speed sucks donkey d*ck! Anything above 15 CR viewers for a live game, and it's a f*cking nightmare of an experience!

    @JioCare Nothing happened sir I tried all what u say still showing pay 79 rupees but why i already paid 899 for recharge+ jio hotstar subscription help me please what kind of service u give using jio since 8 years wtf yrrr I m frustrated

    @JioCare @JioCare My number has been active and reachable at all times. Please refrain from making such unverified statements. If, as you claim, the call could not connect, then it raises serious concerns about the reliability of your own network, as I am using your service.

    @JioCare I am waiting and still waiting for a month ...why its too long to simply resolve an issue, you can provide a link on my mail to claim my reward benefit. As committed by your senior executive that the issue gets resolved in a week.

    Hey @JioCare, really disappointed. 5G+ shows but the network is weak, keeps switching to unusable 4G, and sometimes goes down for hours, facing this issue almost daily. Complaints raised but no fix. As a video editor, this is affecting my work badly. Please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare I got multiple payment reminder but no customer support from @JioCare . I'm very disappointed with the service. I'm not going recharge again. I'll switch to another internet provider. All thanks to @JioCare poor customer support.
