@JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

@JioCare For 6 months brand new tower at Donimalai is lying idle due to bad planning by your Engineers as EB clearance still pending..i ask you to expedite the matter..as customer is facing issues at Donimalai Dt bellary katnataka,583118.

@JioCare It is not an account related issue. jio has to enable 5G welcome offer on xiaomi 11x. it is asking to upgrade the device.
