  @JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

  @JioCare I have told the issue in detail over dm yet no resolution from my side....The issue is long pending from 6 months....Yet the only issue u ask is is the led green or blinking?? Is it going to be resolved or not.? Pathetic customer service.....I want redund #jioservice

  @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare My Jio Fibre is not working since last 5 hours. Service request also raised. But no update till now.Service Request Number SR000018TK2F. Your Engineer was about to visit between 07:00 PM ~ 08:00 PM today but no whereabouts of him.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Regretting on moving to Jio from Vodafone. I did it specially for IR but, since I landed no stable network. The WhatsApp support is like hell. I urge the entire Jio IR team to look up SR000018TMW6 and fix my issue at earliest.

  @JioCare 5G is not shown at times only. So in short jio wants me to recharge for the highest pack everytime or they won't be giving us a good service
