    @JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN My JioAirFiber installation for Order NO0001DJKDRQ has been put on hold due to a generic wiring issue reason. JioAirFiber service is already active in my area with 350 Mbps plus speed available.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Bandwidth alone does not indicate a healthy internet connection. Stability, latency, and jitter are equally important. At least your support team should have some basic knowledge about this.

Please DM the exact network problem faced and provide your complete address which should include 1) Flat or house no, 2) Building name, 3) Street name, 4) Landmark, 5) City and area PIN code along with your Jio number & (1/2)
