    @JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

    @JioCare For 6 months brand new tower at Donimalai is lying idle due to bad planning by your Engineers as EB clearance still pending..i ask you to expedite the matter..as customer is facing issues at Donimalai Dt bellary katnataka,583118.

    @JioCare Jio mobile network does not work. Had changed my 2nd sim from Airtel to BSNL. Now again ported that to @airtelindia . It is managable though slow. Jio never cares for customer even after multiple complains. Had recharged for 1 year.

    @JioCare Totally waste service you guys have. I has raised my JioFiber issue on 19 March & since that time u guys r just fooling w/me. The technician hv been conveniently updating the system that he is not able to reach me since last 4 days without even calling me once ever.

    @Airtel_Presence lots of network issues since many days,after repeated complaints the issue r nt being resolved,i wonder y i m paying extra to airtel instead i cud switch to @reliancejio at a much lower monthly expenditure.Fastest network service is no more airtel its just a hoax

    Please fix the Jio Network in our area Pin-743286. Download speed is capped at 0.6mbps to 1.2mbps (tested many times in MyJio app). This issue is happening from around 2pm at Noon today. We're paying full but not getting proper services, it's cheating! @JioCare @reliancejio (1/2)

    @JioCare My landline outgoing isn't working. For all the calls it says to check the number. However incoming is working fine. Can you resolve the issue?
