@JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

@JioCare Team, I am really very upset about the way your ground level installation team works for JioFiber. None of them have the slightest interest to provide the connection to my home. All they want is to process the booking and then cancel it on my request after few weeks.

@reliancejio I’ve ordered for a new jio postpaid sim yesterday. I’ve got message that it is ready for tele verification but nobody has contacted me to deliver the sim and verify my details . Jio customer care is one of the worst, no option to speak to a human.

@JioCare @DoT_India How much time does ur team work on providing the refund this is the india top most cheating people with useless people hired on who are in capable of providing resolution to customers it's more than 80 days since I am following for refund and none of them had called me on refund

@JioCare Third class jio fiber service. I have booked a relocation request on 06/05/2022 wide order number CO0000LZH13H but it is still not resolved. I call on customer care daily and they are just playing that it will be done tomorrow. @reliancejio
