    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service sucks. It is been two days the internet is down. It was my biggest mistake that upgraded the plan to Platinum. Porting is definitely on the cards. Folks kindly suggest between @reliancejio @Idea

    @JioCare To convert one postpaid to prepaid number you make your customer run around multiple times! That's hell of a service. Why can't you just reflect my payment in all your systems at once!!!

    @JioCare Just wanted to make it to your concern that I'm experiencing a low speed since months. Tried to inform the customer care through calls, e-mails and what not but I've always been told to wait for 84 days due to a coverage issue. Expecting a positive response from the team

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @AirtelNigeria @AIRTEL_KE @Airtel_Ug @TRAI @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate @cyber Venkat, this is the 4th time I'm facing this issue😒 Like everytime do I need to go and swap the SIM card. It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

    Dear @TRAI please look into the matter. 5 days gone and the issue is not resolved yet. We are facing continuous call drops at the location and @JioCare and @reliancejio is after now money only.

    @JioCare Looks like customer service executives on 198 number doesn’t have the information properly and not solving the issues. I had a issue with data consumption.

    @JioCare Service ID 299742054020 having JioFixedVoice Number +918313550074 not activated. Router blinks red LED. There is no customer care number to talk to person on duty. Call on my registeted mobile.

    Can’t even imagine @reliancejio network is so poor in a smart city and @OfficialJioTV is the MOST PATHETIC mobile TV App been for a while now. They started off well but now, it’s showing the true colours as they made enough of customers and money. Can’t even compare with Hotstar.

    @rohantatkare @airtelindia You should have walked to a different service provider. @JioCare @VodafoneIN and my friend you don’t have any other choice. It’s either Airtel, VIL or Jio.

    I did huge mistake by changing my SIM from @JioCare @reliancejio to @Airtel_Presence @AirTalk. Airtel is India's worst network I have every experienced. If next someone says Airtel is best I'll kick his ass only for sure !!!!!

    What a connection from @reliancejio n from last 6 month i have tried complaining to locals n from past week I'm complaining to @JioCare but no1 is assuring abt by wen my issue will be resloved, best option I'm getting is to port from jio. Thank you @reliancejio for worst service.

    @Airtel_Presence You guys keep saying it's been highlighted and escalated. @JioCare never took that much time just for the DTH installation. During registration you said it's wireless and will be done in 24hrs it's been a week now still no assistance. Probably I should switch to @reliancejio
