    @JioCare In my locality15°51'00"N 74°34'08"E there is a jio tower ,but from last fortnight we are getting weak signal. Please check it out.

    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    My internet speed is 80kbps yeah that's right and they jio call it 4G After being called repeatedly to jio care from past two months their is no result @JioCare I am really disppointed with the slow speed data on my location @reliancejio @jio @PTfromDoon @Jio_Ambani

    @JioCare I have raised service request for 5 times now, every time service engineer is appointed but no one shows up & my request is closed without solving my issue. In touch with @JioCare for last 10 days but issue is still unresolved. Really disappointed by the service provided

    @airtelindia airtel network is worst in my area . That's why i m going to port my airtel no to jio.. Bye bye airtel. Believe that... Airtel u are stupid ,u are even charging for incoming calls... @JioCare

    @JioCare It's not concern of bill. I want paid bill receipt, which I didn't received after paid transactions. Displayed transaction error.Last month was the same issue. Sent mail but no one resolved my concern.

    @reliancejio frequent disconnections of 4g internet in my location after launch of 5g. And not able to use 5g once. It’s not my only problem. It’s problem of many around here.

    @JioCare To convert one postpaid to prepaid number you make your customer run around multiple times! That's hell of a service. Why can't you just reflect my payment in all your systems at once!!!

    @JioCare Same location. 2 different numbers. Both with bad connectivity on both mobile phone as well as on Jio Dongle. Complaint raised multiple times. Nothing done yet

    What a connection from @reliancejio n from last 6 month i have tried complaining to locals n from past week I'm complaining to @JioCare but no1 is assuring abt by wen my issue will be resloved, best option I'm getting is to port from jio. Thank you @reliancejio for worst service.

    @JioCare I had raised a service request ID SR000017R6WD for jiofiber remote not working. The service engineer never showed up but my request was closed without solving my problem.

    @JioCare Pathetic service. Set-top box installation was scheduled for 4th, today is 9th and still no installation. I've called customer care 3 times and only get "we are checking" with no resolution. Why give installation dates if you can't honor them?

    @JioCare @MuzammilMo66334 You’re worried about the refund. @JioCare executive lied to me that my AirFiber plan will get activated once I make the payment. And now it’s still not activated. They are only interested in receiving money. Not providing the service or refunds unfortunately.
