When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Please specify the exact installation date and time. “Future date” and “soon” are not acceptable after 20+ days delay. If you cannot provide a confirmed schedule, initiate full refund immediately. Complaint already filed with NCH.
