    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

    @JioCare you are not FREE service provider I'm paying, resolve the issue and revert. Else I ll check for better option.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Team, We have down with network today and all the mobile devices are not receiving signals. Address- Near Ganpati Temple, Telang Road, Nandangadda, Karwar -581304. Please help as we are WFH and this is causing serious breakdown. Thank you.

    @JioCare the signal strength and internet speed is very low in my area for the past 10 hrs. It started when there was power outage last night. the network issue not yet resolved.

    @JioCare You didn’t transferred to my a/c and I’ve already shared the mail which have account details and previously your customer care guys acknowledged it and told we are working on it. You’ve transferred to other a/c ending with 2770 which is not mine.

    why is always happening, slow internet. if there are 1000+ customers from my Village then why other than @BSNL_BR . please reach to my Village. Request to @JioCare @airtelindia . Everyday I am complaining to bsnl quantum head office, patna. but no response

    @JioCare Are you guys not getting my point. There is no provision for nex box. No free open port is there in the older box. Service Engineer already mentioned the same who visited 2 days back. Then why are you holding it unnecessarily.Either cancel it or I will escalate to higher level.
