    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

    @JioCare Getting 2mbps at best on airfiber & mobile, in my home location. It’s been a months, tried in your MyJio app but no response, you purposefully made that app useless. In live chat nobody responds, in your customer care number nobody answers, it redirects to app. Fix it

    Dear @JioCare Recharge of prepaid numbers are failing. Money got deducted twice for yearly recharge. I tried two different UPI modes. Still plan not updated. Are you guys providing any support or just running a business for the heck of it? This is frustrating!

    @JioCare My wifi has been down since evening. I was informed it would be restored by 9:57 PM, but now I’ve been informed it’s delayed until 5:56 AM. Why the delay and repeated changes in the restoration time? Please provide a clear update.
