    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

    @JioCare The 5G wifi network doesn't connect. Even when it does takes. Takes a lot of time connect. Even after a lot of time it ends up connect, Hotstar or Sony LIV take ages to load. Works perfectly fine in phone, but sucks in my TV! Can I register a complain, please?

    @JioCare i’ve been complaining for low network in my area from more than a year now and you guys says that you are working on resolving the same. Please let me know the estimated time to resolve the low network issue so that i could even make a phone call from my home.
