When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Installation dates on 8 June and 14 June were also missed. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one explains the actual reason for the delay. Extremely disappointing service.
