When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

He checked confirmed that the router which is having a loose component needs to be replaced and it shall be done free of charge. Has assured to comeback tomorrow.

Either take your jio fibre connection from home or give a permanent solution. This is very pathetic service.
