    @JioCare Ok, solve my problem as soon as possible, I need a speedy resolution end of the day. I disappointed for this unsatisfactory resolution from Your end. You said that 8.3.2022 is final date, and see it's now half of the day of 9.3.2022. Really really it's very worst experience.

    @reliancejio so poor service. My jio fiber is not working from yesterday. Customer care logged one service request yesterday. Now without resolving it they logged another one and telling me to wait another 24 hours. They are not resolving my problem

    @JioCare Always same message that u are working on it. How long ?? U r not able to coordinate with ur ground staff. Or this actually is a scam. Showing services at the time of installation. Worst worst jio services @reliancejio @JioCare 17 days without internet.

    @JioCare It's been six days that I have asked the operator to cancel my jio fiber post-paid connection. They say that they will get back to us within 24 hours but to no avail. Please look into this urgently.
