    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio, very disappointed with the new JioAirFiber connection. Wi-Fi keeps dropping and Smart TV freezes every few minutes. Completely unusable service despite being a brand-new connection. Kindly resolve urgently. Hopeless service really!

    @JioCare This is the same response I received from Jio earlier. Repeating the policy does not resolve the issue. I have therefore approached TRAI for guidance on how a genuine long-term user can retain a number when the original registered owner is no longer reachable. Kindly help @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi Neha, 2 urgent issues: 1. JioHome (91253796177): Double paid (₹4,240). Refund extra ₹2,120 immediately. 2. AirFiber (LR000019LFNR): Shows 'Activated' but NO installation done. Plus, you took extra ₹1,200 for zero work!

    @JioCare Internet has been down for 2 days. SR #SR00002LFBLU raised, but no resolution yet. Home visit keeps getting delayed and customer care isn't helping. This is affecting work. Please escalate and resolve urgently.
