When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

What is even more frustrating is that customer care calls never reach a human agent and simply repeat that the SR is on hold and needs to be rescheduled.

A service visit was scheduled for 7 PM today, but at 7:30 PM the service request was suddenly put "On Hold" without any notification /explanation. The Jio app is now forcing me to reschedule.
