@JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

@csfd_tarangjain @JioCare @reliancejio I am too a #jio user but after so much of complaint I am still getting low speed so I stop using #jio and moved to #vodafone now I am happy with 1mbps download speed , you have to find alternatives if the company is not providing good service...

@JioCare not caring at all..i want my jiofiber connection to be relocated..but no channel is open to support..twitter handle is saying i have to disconnect my existing one and apply for new one at new location..it is very weird and they are forcing me to apply for disconnection
