@reliancejio is very active while givinf connection, but disappears while refunding security. Employees are ditching calls. No way to get to customer care since connection is no more active. Worst experience.

@MeetPreet108 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@reliancejio you are looting your customer. If anyone recharge on day 1 at 08:00AM in the morning then your recharge will expire at 08:00 AM of 28th day means you lost 1 full day. Either you recharge in night or in morning you will loose 1 day and data if you sleep in night.
