When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Service Engineer already mentioned the same who visited 2 days back. Then why are you holding it unnecessarily.Either cancel it or I will escalate to higher level.
