    Dear @DoT_India we are continuously facing net connectivity issue at my home. I have recharged both @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence but none of them are providing good connectivity. We have to work from home & we are getting loss and notices from offices for non performance.

    Hey @JioCare first of all your IVR menu and jio app customer support sucks. It keeps going around in circles without any resolution and no option to talk to a human. And secondly, I have recharged with the 399 pack and my hotstar is still not activated.

    @reliancejio your mobile data service has become too poor. I travelled across 4 states in the last few months and it was a struggle to make online payments. I also have a connection with one of your competitors who offers a decent speed even on an older phone.

    @JioCare I am checking the status since 2 week, not changing and local rajkot employee saying AMU is out of stock since 3 week, you can report online for that. Now, what to do? Why are u not providing them device, customer like me feeling helpless in this situation.

    Hello @JioCare why am I even paying ₹3600 a yr for this ****** internet speed? I can’t even watch a Yt video on 144p without buffering every second. The network has become absolutely frustrating these days what’s the point of paying for a recharge if the net barely even works?

    @reliancejio i have the jio fiber connection from last more than 5 years.. even with such ling standing relation when i am raising compain customer care irritating by teaching process by passing call fron 1 to other n not even ready to tk complains. Request to kindly look into.
