    @JioCare Whenever power cut for 2-3hrs your tower got shut down in khandail, Gaya, Bihar, i complaint many times about this but no action has been taken till date. Pls do take necessary action. My contact 8851955869

    Dear @DoT_India we are continuously facing net connectivity issue at my home. I have recharged both @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence but none of them are providing good connectivity. We have to work from home & we are getting loss and notices from offices for non performance.

    @jiocare For last about 15 days jio network in Gaya, Bihar has been so slow that it becomes very difficult to up/download any thing. Speed goes down to less than 2G. My mob is 8709409032. Please rectify this problem. (Vidya Sharma).

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. Order No. N00001DOCP30 was scheduled for JioAirFiber installation on 2 June. Today is 6 June and the connection is still not installed. Pathetic service and poor customer experience. Resolve immediately. #poorservice
