    @reliancejio Sir, My mobile no. Was 8709107949 which i used earlier and since i have not used it for last 4-5 month. My no. Got deactivated by you and this no. is reg. In my bank account also. I have made a recharge of 228 (129+99). Pls solve my problem.

    @jiocare For last about 15 days jio network in Gaya, Bihar has been so slow that it becomes very difficult to up/download any thing. Speed goes down to less than 2G. My mob is 8709409032. Please rectify this problem. (Vidya Sharma).

    @JioCare Can u pls arrange a call from customer care ? I couldn't track any of these requests as my account got deactivated once the uninstallation is done at old flat. Now i couldn't track any of the orders or ser requests. I paid Rs.1200 for this relocation or new connect at new flat.

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Jio, how are you? Is the internet working in your area? Are u need help from your service engineers. It's already 10 days since I applied for a refund. What does "initiation in progress" mean? If I pay you after a month, will you give free connection for that period?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I never requested cancellation. Your representative promised a visit within 2 hours, then disappeared and stopped responding. Instead of resolving the issue, my lead was cancelled from your side. Extremely poor service experience.
