    @JioCare @reliancejio 1/3 I am from Surat(Gujarat) There is a speed problem in my jio fiber since three days, I have also complained on 09/02/2023 but no one has given a solution to the complaint. When I called the area head, he started talking rudely.

    2/2 and also blocked my phone number. Especially in (Katargam, Surat, Gujarat) area Jio Fiber people are very unprofessional. Please teach these people some manners. The date of my complaint was 09/02/2023 but they changed it to 10/02/2023. And Please fix the issue asap @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks for your prompt response in DM, I am wondering whether I did a mistake by reporting the area with no network coverage (as you guys have been helping me to check my phone settings and simply ignoring the fact that there's no network for EVERYONE in that area) Thanks anyway!
