    Request to other customers, if you have better connectivity for @ViCustomerCare , join them for professionalism and customer care. I am moving to @JioCare and they charged me a security deposit (which I never paid for any others for the past 17+ years) &the JioStore was hopeless!

    @reliancejio worst service. Not able to cancel my jio fiber connection. Activating without our knowledge and using that as false statement. I am happy to accept my fault, if you will prove it, I ever asked to reactivate. Its a month I am waiting for.

    @reliancejio i have a data plan with 1yr validity. And i have some main balance too. Still i am not able to send sms. Customer care also suggesting to recharge 149 minimum. Is this fair to recharge 149 to send a single sms?? And where can i use my main balance?
