@JioCare Also my brother using same issue my brother is daily calling to customer care for internet issue that when will be resolve issue but customer care only one reply that i will not confirm that when will be resolve I tried for it.

What’s wrong with you @JioCare worst service. Just recharged & it still says you have no active plans. The app shows but unable to make calls. No way to talk to their people!!! @reliancejio

@JioCare When you fix your network issue then I will recharge 599*100 customers. Already I have some active plan on some of my Jio mobile numbers. And what I getting?I am getting 5-30 kbps speed with very weak network signal.Sometimes you informed good coverage and then we see it limited.
