    @JioCare My only concern is for stb replacement. The engineer who visited on 11th june told that stb must be replaced.Since then I’m getting no calls or resolution regarding this.I’m requesting to please look into this matter asap as I’m facing this problem since 12+ days. worst service

    12 DAYS NO INTERNET! Absolute fraud & harassment by JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio .Connectivity down since June 4 (ID: 91 4943583012). They assigned an unreachable engineer whose phone is ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF, more than 10 times! How can Jio assign a switched-off number?

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber is proving expensive for me. JioFiber lines are available about 500 meters from my house, but my area is still not connected. Kindly extend JioFiber service to my locality so customers can get a more affordable broadband connection. 323602

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio worst customer support i've seen!!!! support is going in circles. I lost my phone & SIM abroad. You ask me to update my email via MyJio, but login requires an OTP sent to lost SIM. Not returning to India for 1 year. Still giving generic AI responses!!!

    @JioCare @JioCare Your engineer confirmed my AirFiber device is working fine and that the slow speed is due to poor 5G coverage in my area. If that's the case, why was AirFiber installed and sold at my location? Please provide a resolution.
