@JioCare Gotcha,thanks for that. We are already getting SMS for the same. In my opinion,it should happen once daily, not for the first 3-4 phone calls.If there is an emergency situation,we have to wait for this message,then we hear the covid message & finally the caller tune is played

@JioCare Pathetic service. Issue not resolved since 3 days. No customer service. Everyday and a new timeslot is given. No one is helping to sort the net. This is harassment to the customer. Waiting for 3 days for internet is too much!!!!

@JioCare Pathetic service on JioFiber installation. It's been 2 days and 3 visits and no one knows what to do. The answer I get is FAT box is fully occupied and we will install a new one. If it is not your cup of tea, kindly refund, and I will switch to @Airtel_Presence
