My JioFiber has been down for over 3 hours, and even after calling customer care 3 times, they refused to register my complaint. This is the worst customer support experience I've ever had. Please resolve this ASAP

Systems down as the Jio network had failed. Staff looked overworked had no Answer . Dropped everything and bought from a local kirana shop outside .
