    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with Jio's network and internet speed in my area. To make matters worse, your customer care executive disconnected my call midway while I was explaining my issue! Is this the kind of unprofessional service you provide? Please look into this immediately.

    @JioCare I have already tried rebooting and running diagnostics multiple times. The router is still offline for 4+ days This is clearly not a basic troubleshooting issue. Please escalate this to a technical team member or arrange an engineer visit immediately Registered number: 8595265008

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. My relocation request is being delayed repeatedly, and your team is giving false reasons like no one being available, which is not true. If this is not resolved immediately, I will file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and escalate..
