    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic customer support by Jio. My JioMart Cashback 509/- not refunded for unsuccessful recharge of INR 2545/- on 30-Dec-21. No response on failed transaction, even after multiple follow up. Please share the transaction id to raise complaint with JioMart.

    @TRAI @reliancejio Reliance jio is looting the customer. Process explained below, 1. If you join jio postpaid plus then it will offer amazon prime membership but if you change the plan which is allowed and again join postpaid plus then you will not get amazon prime .

    @JioCare i called your customer care to cancel my fiber connection, when i explained to them to cancel request they tood me to wait as he was transferring my call to someone. finally call got disconnected. Was not expecting such cheap practice from jio #worst

    @DhAnAnjAyParkhe @reliancejio You know bigger the company like Reliance, bigger thugs they are.They take pride in Global operations but they lack basic courtesy of solving issues Then when you demand refund of subscription they chicken out sab chor hai boss.
