    @JioCare @reliancejio Nil after sale support. One you purchase the plan, neither agent nor the company will respond. All customer service channels including mail, IVR, WA handled by robots. Never seen such a pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare It's 4days, still working/wait. It is not expected from brand like Jio. Only big claim, on ground, you are down. In today's time breakdown for 4days means, Just like sarkari,your infra strength is very weak & incompetent. Who will bear the loss for these day?

    @Buddhapal7559 @JioCare @reliancejio I change my Sim card and buy a Data cable from their outlet ,with a promise of warranty...six months Next Day some issue ,I want for an exchange, they told me to come day after tomorrow, afterwards When I came Later the manager told me that U HV to go to Guwahati.. 4 exchange

    @JioCare From 5 days my internet speed has drop down dead , only .92 mbps of speed and when I'm trying to call your executive, I cant reach out to them , can't access ott apps too smoothly, kindly look into the matter and help me setup with anyone for further steps
