    @JioCare Is this your right behaviour with the customer, I have called multiple times do your customer care however this has not been resolved yet. Do you have any escalation matrix to whom I can contact to the next level because this is not in your hands and can't resolve.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @RelJio4g dear all please note that in my area PIN 110046 we never had a network issue but for last 4 days Jio network is very weak and a lot of call drops are taking place. Please help🇮🇳🇮🇳

    @reliancejio Not interested. OTT Platform will earn money as well as our time. But customer will get only entertainment. Why not use this time for some productive work rather than to waste time on OTT Platforms.

    @reliancejio @JioCare In my area pin 232101 Internet speed is too slow if you not able to give good service then why you provide services . Shut your shop it's really very bad @TRAI please see in this matter they charge full month but service is too bad

    @JioCare It's not with any specific number, all Jio users are facing the same problem. How many times we have to DM you, rectify the problem rather than playing DM game. Have some sense, you are dealing with a Network Engineer, try smartness in rectifying the problem
