@reliancejio This is the invoice no : 385170 Amount paid - 4536.46 Customer name - Jayasree. We have been begging Manager balaji and the madan raj to get the connection asap. But their response is disappointing like hell. Will balaji reply to our escalation emails????????

Raised an issue on jiofi device @reliancejio @JioCare a week back, but still no update. Still how long have to wait. When called from mobile only ivr is there no in-person even after 15min on line. Tried from whatsapp its utter waste.

@JioCare the Jio fiber set top box audio disconnects frequently. We have plug the hdmic cable out and in to get back the audio. It we also changed the cable, issue is with the box. Jio service chat has no resolution

@airtelindia m sick and tired of your pathetic service... Network extremely poor, a postpaid connection with 2g services in around 600 rs per month.. @reliancejio @vodafoneIN_Fdtn bhaisaab number port out karwa do airtel se, please respond and I will share the number with u guys
