@reliancejio My JioFiber is down for 2 days in Gurgaon. Now Reliance Mobile is not connecting to Airtel network. There is no one manning your customer service number for 2 days. Is this birthday present that you give on Dhirubhai Ambani's birth annvy. Shameful service!

@JioCare I am unable to charge my old Jio dongle which got expired since I didn't use for last 7/8 months (since it was not required). Can you help in this regard. Your team on customer care number didn't even try. .
