    Dear @JioCare, Village Laxrampur, PO Jitwaria, Kalyanpur, Samastipur (848302), Bihar is facing severe network issues. Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

    @JioCare This response is disappointing. I've been a loyal Jio customer since 2018 and have reported this issue multiple times without any permanent resolution. Your tower is only about 500 meters from my location, yet the network remains extremely poor.

    Is there anyway to reactivate my services on my jio number.. actually I lost my sim in the morning and Immediately I stopped services on it due to security reasons and found it later ...now I want to activate services back..plz help @JioCare

    @airtelindia mf whats wrong with your network In bijnor,lucknow. From one year i am facing issue had to come out of house to talk on phone. @reliancejio is far better than yours , bc jeena haram kar dia hai chutiye network ne
