  I have four Jio SIMs. The recharge for one of them just expired, and in the last four days, I have received four to five calls from Jio customer care regarding this. I live in Palghar. They keep calling me repeatedly to recharge. One of the representatives even spoke to me in a very rude manner, demanding that I recharge. Do I have to face this much pressure? Are people going to pressure me into recharging, otherwise my SIM will be disconnected? I want to convey this message to Jio India and the concerned authorities at Jio—please forward my complaint to Jio. @reliancejio

  @reliancejio @TRAI foolishly kept waiting and hoping that Jio would finally improve the service someday. How long are we supposed to keep waiting? If customers in cities can expect reliable connectivity after paying the same price, why should rural customers be treated as if our money is worth less

  @JioCare Actively addressing this issue since last Friday. Your technicians don't pick up calls, they are scheduled to visit at 5:30 PM but they don't show up and switch off their phones. This is actively addressing. Well done! #pathetic #jio

  @JioCare You are addressing the wrong issue. I am NOT asking for a rent rebate. My complaint is about 3 missed installation commitments, including confirmed slots that were not honoured, and no prior communication from Jio. (1/2)
