However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable.
