    @reliancejio it's more than 2 week since 5g launch in patna. However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare applied for Jio Fiber NO0000P5K6JC.Amount paid.. But no installation yet, although was commitment was for yesterday only.. Contacted on no 6201388610 (for installation) talking rubbish... Is this your customer services?is this how you train your staff???

    @reliancejio very disgusting 4g network of jio and when we try to call customer support they even dont want to listen they transfer the call to ivr system and then call cut finally i decided to port without my wish and also suggest u to port from jio fu@k

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am using the my jio no. From last 5-6 years as prepaid and postpaid.. but from last 2 month my bill was unpaid. till yesterday I am getting the otp on my no. But from today morning I am seeing in my phone no network and also Myjio app signout automatically

    @JioCare How many times should I tell what the problem is I am not able to get any incoming calls as the person dialling my no receives a message as out of reach and I get a missed call notification everytime

    @JioCare What's the use to buy a 84 day,1.5gb/day plan if you can't fulfill your promise of designated speed. It's awfully bad network speed. Pathetic to run a simple website. Wish you ppl had worked on quality rather ramping new connections. Quite unhappy with the service!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

    @JioCare Fix your networkor else I’ll port out to another provider tomorrow. I’ve been telling you about this for 5–6 daysyet nothing is being doneit’s incredibly frustrating.The internet works fine when step outsidebut as soon as Icome indoorsthe network bars vanish completely. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare What criteria you require there was no internet connection for 9days straight in the month of April. Why can’t you adjust the bill? Is that the customer need to take care of repairing the connection issues? The request which I have raised closed without any resolution

    @JioCare Please check my conversation with customer care in month of may also. they told me that as its advance rental and i have overpaid i have one more month pending thats why i continued for one extra month yet i has to pay for the bill. your customer care lied twice to me
