    @JioCare Here network isn't running well, Even I can't download a 50kb file in 2 minutes... I have tagged my location down,i am facing too much disturbance by JIO Network in my online Study... Pls do something ASAP.

    @reliancejio talking of 5G to launch. Atleast give data speed in 4G first,, worst data speed pathetic service. @airtelnews is giving fantastic speed in this area and Jio is dead. Only advertisement karo Service Zero.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio in my current location Jio data speed is getting bad to worse from day by day and i am sick and tired of complaining this issue with customer care...so i decided to share my issue via twitter...plzz fix this issue as i can't tolerate such a worst service

    @JioCare Jio is making us fool. I have already said that there is network problem in entire area. Jio is not working for many days. You should ask your representative of this area to rectify the problem.

    @JioCare I am feeling regreat that i am a jio customer because from last 3 years but still internet speed is low instead of airtel company is providing best speed with good plan for the benefecials of the customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio since two days I am complaining about the Jio network problem in my Sonepur (Bihar 841101) area and your executives are not taking care about actual problem. They are suggesting me about phone settings.

    @JioCare can you guide how to register a wifi complaint and set an appointment for on-site service. It seems your live chat/ whatsapp chat is of no use as the executive are always "occupied". Even after finally registering the complaint the engineers hasn't come yet

    @JioCare more than 10 days i am in following up with Jio via email, tweeter but nobody comes to collect the router. Looks like you dont wanna give refunds. In customer care number call automatically disconnected after 3-4 minutes.wasting my time.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio an update on situation the engineer never visited but the request was closed this is how you treat your customers? I raised the complainant again it's the same story no visit until now and they keep on rescheduling
