    @JioCare If by favourable location you mean signal strength.thn Im geting full signal.U can see that in the screenshot.Also I have 2 houses in 2 completely diff colonies here. So maybe your service is poor overall or it's my fault to live in 2 areas u can't provide good service to!

    WTF is wrong with @reliancejio . 4g works like 2g after I cross 50% mark evn bfor it smtimes.This has been going on for months!In Delhi as well as in Patna (Im here since march). So don't give that bullshit excuse that it must be my area!cuz its happening in 2 diff states!

    Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio Complete loss of voice while making phone calls. The biggest problem is internet surfing, due to slow internet speed, you cannot do anything. A little attention should be paid to this why such problem occurs despite repeated complaints.

    @JioCare Even if your expert technical team were to be coming from USA It would have taken him 15 hours to reach 5 hours repair & 15 hours to go back Total 35 hours . Now it's been 37 hours but no-one from from technical experts have come to resolve my issue Where is your expert team ?

    @JioCare Pls let me know the date and time of visit. I am not asking any confidential info of @reliancejio. Just the schedule plan. @TRAI, another example of their level of service. As an update: my kids have missed their online exams 😔. Even Hotspot of my mobile is not working properly
