@JioCare @DoT_India @drvsharma99 Now a days every customer numbers is not reachable by jio..... The service provider is telling there is fault in service they are providing a big round of applause for this acceptance. @JioCare Check out my profile i too had same complaint.

From past few days. I’m randomly called to jio care but they are not fix my problems. I used daily 1.5GB data kota and i have AddOn 5GB data. But I’m unable to use this 5GB data. @reliancejio @JioCare

At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

@reliancejio Third class service in Patna. 2 years of complaint about two locations, 1 in Patna, another in Delhi. No resolution yet. Bananas seems cheaper.

It’s shows complete incompetence & miss management of Service team. Since 5th sept I’m facing the issue. You people keep making excuses & delays. From my side is there any delay of payment or pending bills? Never So @JioCare act now, rather than dragging the problem each day.

Its been 3 days since my internet stopped working. tech guys of @JioCare doesn't really care. they have rescheduled the visit to fix the issue multiple times. complained, twitted, called but nothing is happening. @JioCare Do change your handle to #JioDoesntCare this suits better
