@JioCare But after recharge it was activated immediately without taking any confirmation from me resulting it expired in days and whole Rs 222 was wasted. Why do you do this? These is no options to talk to your support staff. Even on chat its a programed robotic answer which is useless

Feed-up with Exploitation of Jio Services and Support. Tried all possible methods to register my complaint but Jio doesn’t care at all. Losing customer is a fun for them. Finally decided to Port 7011355069 in to other provider. Jio experience was horrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The network connection in my area is very weak. I am not able to use net services on mobile right now and yes do try to improve ur jio helpline. It's always busy or out of range. Please do Something about this. Else the Airtel store is not far from my place

@JioCare I live in village -Shivlahiya , Post office - Campierganj Dist- Gorakhpur (UP) . Abt three years back d sevices of Jio was excellent . Internet signal was very much strong . But now we are getting very weak internet on the contrary Airtel & Vodafone r doing fine .

@Banjara_Beast @reliancejio @JioCare Jio and others are doing this on purpose. Gradually they plan to downgrade 4G so that fresh positioning can be done for 5G and (even fibre connections). This is clever business. 3G used to do fine until 2015 when suddenly 3G became extremely slow to launch 4G.
