Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

Jio keeps assigning the SAME engineer who openly says he no longer works for Jio. Yet the company continues to assign him repeatedly instead of actually fixing the issue. This level of incompetence, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers is pathetic. Customers pay for reliable service, not endless excuses and fake service assignments.
