I am facing CALL DROP & VOICE CRACK issues on each n every calls from 15 days in my area. Most of the Jio users have been moved or planning to move in another network. So, fixed it ASAP. If you are serious about your network and users. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

@JioCare .. you permanently disconnected. My bill was due since 6 September 2021 and you disconnected my number permanently on dt. 04.11.2021. I mailed this issue but not recovered my number. I am requesting you hear please help me to recover my number. @TRAI Please look into it.

@reliancejio I had added 641 Rupees on date-05/03/2023 jio pos lite app using Paytm UPI and the trasaction status is success on both UPI app as well as jio pos lite app but after that the balance amount did not get updated still now and I could not able to get any resolution regarding this.
