    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Still facing the same issue. Already complained multiple time regarding same issue. My latest complaint ticket number is MR0001489WLR. Request you to kindly fix this problem. Already provided my complete address of my location where I'm facing the issue.

    @reliancejio Ambani ji is claimng to provide 5G network by 2023 all across India but here still 4G is not workng good, then how will he provide 5G all across. Earlier I had complined many times about this issue. All I got is that,"We are working very hard to solve your problem?"

    @reliancejio I request as well as challenge reliance jio team to kindly visit at my location & have a network connectivity test done. If I'm wrong penalty will be mine if I'm right jio will have to pay penalty??? Reliance jio claiming to be the fastest network is not true.

    After battling for a long time with Jio Fiber relocation related problem, I finally had to cancel Jio Fiber. The cancellation has been completed for more than month but till now no member has come to get the Fiber back from @reliancejio nor has given any online updates till now.

    @reliancejio I have two connections of jiofiber, both are not working (no Internet) since last 4 days. I called customer care and got no satisfactory reply from them like when it (Internet)will be again work properly.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio really i have no idea how your system work but last 57 days ago I have submitted a application for change my sim ownership still awaited & also they have no any acceptable reason why too much time took still they say to take some Patience pls help me

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ek flash message band karne kaa request tumlog se 1 mahine se solve nahi ho rha, 5G kya chalaaoge? I give you 3 more days if you don't solve the issue already complained about, I will do MNP to @JioCare. Airtel has made my life hell. I can't create UPI pin (1/2)

    @JioCare I bought a jio fiber connection after paying 1500rs on 11 Sep.12 Sep person came to install and vanished. I called him many times, didn't pick.Later I receive msg on my req connection put on hold.Talked next day to his boss got only false promises.Hopeless service of Jio

    @JioCare seriously I am fed of this jio company.... I have recharged data add on of 6gb on 9th sep and today it's showing exhausted.. I want to know where I have consumed the data ..there is no option on 198 number to raise such issue. You guys sucks. I know u won't bother at all

    @JioCare Your 15 days refund period is over. What kind of service is this? I use another existing jio fiber connection.If you are not willing to refund my money I also would like to discontinue your service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My mobile number is linked multiple number's. Emailed and called customer care of Jio. Very pathetic service and no proper response at all. Kindly help. Will have to raise issue. It might get used for illegal activities.

    @JioCare I complained about poor data speed several times, but, everytime I got reply that your team members are working continuously to improve. Many months have passed, still no improvement. Should I stick to Jio or move to other service provider?
