    Feed-up with Exploitation of Jio Services and Support. Tried all possible methods to register my complaint but Jio doesn’t care at all. Losing customer is a fun for them. Finally decided to Port 7011355069 in to other provider. Jio experience was horrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst network coverage and the internet speed and this is when the newly installed jio tower is within 2km. About 2months ago when the jio tower installed everything is fine but it seems you people deliberately providing very poor services now. @DoT_India

    @JioCare If someone lost mobile with JIO SIM in evening after Jio Store are closed, Customer service IVRS says to loging with OTP and request for blocking lost SIM, someone gives fake reply on Twitter without ny soln. The pickpocket who stole the mobile has full night for malicious things

    @JioCare What's the use to buy a 84 day,1.5gb/day plan if you can't fulfill your promise of designated speed. It's awfully bad network speed. Pathetic to run a simple website. Wish you ppl had worked on quality rather ramping new connections. Quite unhappy with the service!

    @JioCare @reliancejio In order to block a SIM kept in lost mobile, JIO care suggesting to login with OTP and do it with myJio app. Are you kidding me?? How can anyone get OTP is SIM and Mobile have been lost.

    The Jio office at Mithapur Bus Stand Road, Patna, is a dump. They are open just to get their salary from @reliancejio. No work is done here and the staff redirects you and guard tries to throw you out. Is this the kind of service you offer? @JioCare

    @JioCare But after recharge it was activated immediately without taking any confirmation from me resulting it expired in days and whole Rs 222 was wasted. Why do you do this? These is no options to talk to your support staff. Even on chat its a programed robotic answer which is useless

    @JioCare I have applied for jio fiber relocation on 02/02/2022, it got approved and service engineering was appointed on 03/02/2022, but till date 10/02/2022 it is not done, it is getting reschedule.I have raised a complaint but still nothing, pls look into the issue.
