    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I am from Hajipur city, Bihar. Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

    @reliancejio it's more than 2 week since 5g launch in patna. However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

    @JioCare How many times should I tell what the problem is I am not able to get any incoming calls as the person dialling my no receives a message as out of reach and I get a missed call notification everytime

    Feed-up with Exploitation of Jio Services and Support. Tried all possible methods to register my complaint but Jio doesn’t care at all. Losing customer is a fun for them. Finally decided to Port 7011355069 in to other provider. Jio experience was horrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Very poor service at devi maa road , punaichak , patna 800023 , internet speed is maximum 30-90 kb only , Improve speed otherwise I switched to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Jio is making us fool. I have already said that there is network problem in entire area. Jio is not working for many days. You should ask your representative of this area to rectify the problem.

    @JioCare Speed is ok but indoor network is very bad,always shifting between 4g and 5g,secondly calling is big issue. Vonr is still not active.

    @JioCare Please get the SPAM CALLS on my cell barred . It’s really getting frustrating blocking them out like anything everyday more than 100+ of the similar kind even after activating DND FULLY . I know Tweeting you folks also won’t help anyways just giving a last try

    I am facing CALL DROP & VOICE CRACK issues on each n every calls from 15 days in my area. Most of the Jio users have been moved or planning to move in another network. So, fixed it ASAP. If you are serious about your network and users. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    Dear @JioMart @JioCare Your app is a complete joke. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday as shown in the app, and even today there’s no delivery and the order status hasn’t moved at all. No proper updates, no accountability, just pathetic service.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with the service. It has been 7 days since I ordered Jio AirFiber, and the installation is still pending. I already mailed and called your office 3 times, but every time I only receive another promised date with no actual progress.
