WTF is wrong with @reliancejio . 4g works like 2g after I cross 50% mark evn bfor it smtimes.This has been going on for months!In Delhi as well as in Patna (Im here since march). So don't give that bullshit excuse that it must be my area!cuz its happening in 2 diff states!

@JioCare But after recharge it was activated immediately without taking any confirmation from me resulting it expired in days and whole Rs 222 was wasted. Why do you do this? These is no options to talk to your support staff. Even on chat its a programed robotic answer which is useless

@JioCare If by favourable location you mean signal strength.thn Im geting full signal.U can see that in the screenshot.Also I have 2 houses in 2 completely diff colonies here. So maybe your service is poor overall or it's my fault to live in 2 areas u can't provide good service to!

@JioCare The network connection in my area is very weak. I am not able to use net services on mobile right now and yes do try to improve ur jio helpline. It's always busy or out of range. Please do Something about this. Else the Airtel store is not far from my place

@reliancejio @TheDigiboxx 1 = Jio is talking about bringing 5G first fix 3G 4G 2 = Very ashamed to use Jio internet. 3 = If you call in Jio company, then the company does not answer properly. 4 = I have done recharge of ₹3000. I can't use 5 = Quickly fix internet problem.

@reliancejio @JioCare Booked JioFiber set top box installation for yesterday. Engineer didn't come within the alloted time and claimed my door was locked. Booked again for today. Didn't come either. Now told rescheduled for tomorrow. Pathetic service!!
