    @JioCare Hi @JioCare I ported my second number from @Airtel_Presence today to your network it's better than #Airtel but still not satisfactory. It's about 1 month now still your engineer couldn't provide better solution.

    @JioCare Here network isn't running well, Even I can't download a 50kb file in 2 minutes... I have tagged my location down,i am facing too much disturbance by JIO Network in my online Study... Pls do something ASAP

    @reliancejio I request as well as challenge reliance jio team to kindly visit at my location & have a network connectivity test done. If I'm wrong penalty will be mine if I'm right jio will have to pay penalty??? Reliance jio claiming to be the fastest network is not true.

    @JioCare @reliancejio In order to block a SIM kept in lost mobile, JIO care suggesting to login with OTP and do it with myJio app. Are you kidding me?? How can anyone get OTP is SIM and Mobile have been lost.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    Dear @reliancejio, You give 5g services for free but your 4g (paid) services is worst than 2g during IPL time..How would we watch IPL at this worst services during IPL time...even this tweet gets around 20 minutes for uploading....

    @reliancejio talking of 5G to launch. Atleast give data speed in 4G first,, worst data speed pathetic service. @airtelnews is giving fantastic speed in this area and Jio is dead. Only advertisement karo Service Zero.

    Without any communications and not honouring the previous valid recharge cycle to end. Now you need to recharge with 3599/-. The change in policy will be communicated shortly, but before that they disconnected the signal? @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been getting this exact same response from your team for the past 6 months, but the issue has still not been resolved. This is completely unacceptable. I am continuously paying for a service that is practically unusable, with speeds dropping below 1 Mbps most of the time.
