If I'm wrong penalty will be mine if I'm right jio will have to pay penalty??? Reliance jio claiming to be the fastest network is not true.

Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.
