@reliancejio @JioCare I got jio fiber connection on 15 August 2022 after that installation team told for any issues please call now since last 1 week i am facing so problem and your staff is not receiving my call this is very bad and poor service and customer service is worst.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio sim which is registered on my father's name. Now I'm officially 18+ so i want to change ownership of my sim. I called jio customer executive, he told me that you have to go jio center with aadhar card and other documents with your father.

@JioCare Raised a ticket to close my jio fibre account which was closed by me long back and router was taken from jio team but I used to get emails that my account is not closed. I explained all the things in Call and they said we will close the issue.
