@JioCare Your internet is very slow in my area network tower is full but internet very slow. In 4G dpeed pack I can't send text in Insta or WhatsApp properly or any pic download. Two days ago I was call customer care he said cause many of users this issue found. @reliancejio

Dear jio @reliancejio this is the superfast internet speed providing by you at a superb speed of 10/20 kbps only . I appreciate your effort even after complaining ... But there is no action 🙄 . Too much Poor internet service provided by you in patna.

to improve. 3 sal me to birbal ki khichadi ban jati but @JioCare ki service nhi sudhri. Call v thik se nhi hoti. We will move to other companies if @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we Don't at least 1mbs speed.

@JioCare Hey I'm really disappointed with your service in my area. I'm from Khliehriat,east jaintia hills,Northeast. Your Network connection is very very poor in my area. Sometimes very slow can't do video calls and sometimes network get disappear for long.please fix it.
