@JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

@JioCare , not at all satisfied with the service provided by jio fiber. there was an issue with getting the refund from jio fiber. i have been following this for more than a month. not even getting the call back. issue is for the request id NO0000I5XELS.
