    @reliancejio talking of 5G to launch. Atleast give data speed in 4G first,, worst data speed pathetic service. @airtelnews is giving fantastic speed in this area and Jio is dead. Only advertisement karo Service Zero.

    @JioCare @shaziailmi Your service is very bad at my location Hajipur from more than 2 years now.. Even today it is not working. Every time the same reply from your CC executives. I think you will never resolve the issue. Need to port to @airtelindia

    The Jio office at Mithapur Bus Stand Road, Patna, is a dump. They are open just to get their salary from @reliancejio. No work is done here and the staff redirects you and guard tries to throw you out. Is this the kind of service you offer? @JioCare

    @airtelindia May I know a valid reason behind why e-sim is chargable on Apple Watch ? I.e I need to port out to Airtel postpaid for the same reason. I just migrated out of @reliancejio just because of the network/Internet issues & it seems It’s just a-waste

    @reliancejio it's more than 2 week since 5g launch in patna. However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

    @JioCare Jio is making us fool. I have already said that there is network problem in entire area. Jio is not working for many days. You should ask your representative of this area to rectify the problem.

    @reliancejio I request as well as challenge reliance jio team to kindly visit at my location & have a network connectivity test done. If I'm wrong penalty will be mine if I'm right jio will have to pay penalty??? Reliance jio claiming to be the fastest network is not true.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got jio fiber connection on 15 August 2022 after that installation team told for any issues please call now since last 1 week i am facing so problem and your staff is not receiving my call this is very bad and poor service and customer service is worst.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    @JioCare Your 4G network here in Patna is really pathetic. This can't be a 4G network. It surely must be 3G. Unable to navigate on internet or check posts on the social media platforms.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare I ported my second number from @Airtel_Presence today to your network it's better than #Airtel but still not satisfactory. It's about 1 month now still your engineer couldn't provide better solution.

    @JioCare I have booked jio fiber connection at Ghaziabad vide order No NO0001DE914K on 11 May 2026 and paid the amount of rupees 807. No jio staff is coming for installation and they are purring my work hold showing wiring related issue.@reliancejio I want refund of money

    Recharged ₹999 on Jio because the plan promised live cricket access on JioHotstar, but even after 2 days it’s still asking for a separate subscription. Customer care couldn’t resolve it either. Extremely disappointing @JioCare @JioHotstar
