    @reliancejio Very bad internet and calling service... I have compiled a lot of times but nothing has been improved yet... I have been constantly complaining for the past too long, but some response is not coming: our network team is working but nothing happened .

    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals @RanveerOfficial Jio installation person told me i’ll get 2500 deposit refund whenever i return my connection. I returned and jio gave 1500 citing reason 1000 is connection charge. The person who installed is at fault but who faced the loss? The customer :) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON’T BUY JIO.

    @JioCare service of jiofiber is worst.Service engineer didn't come even after 50 hrs of registering service request and in my jio it's showing ur issue is resolved.u lost my trust.I will not recharge jiofiber again & take another broadband connection.

    @JioCare That is not the problem i have raised request on 19th april for cancellation of my jio service which was within my 30 day trial period. that request has been closed and now the request is raised after 30 days period and my refund is reduced. Please solve my that problem.
