The cancellation has been completed for more than month but till now no member has come to get the Fiber back from @reliancejio nor has given any online updates till now.

Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

It's been over a month, but there is no installation, no refund, and no response from customer care or the sales guy. Very disappointed with the service. Please process refund ASAP.
