I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

@JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio Pleasant surprise Thursday morning when 5G was activated on my jio number in Pune. Glitches are that call drop happening. Network signal weak inside buildings, call not connecting like LTE. Speed is slow not 4g also. Expecting Better Times ahead.

@thetymonbay @reliancejio I don’t know about your case but in mine airtel clearly says prime for 1 year, hot star for 6 months etc. after that I expected to pay anyway or will cancel in advance of the date
