    @JioCare I refuse to share same information again and again, while you in last 90 days didn't even show intent to solve the issue. you admitted that there's issue in your network & told me "we'll solve the issue in few days" Why would I bother if you can't solve issue in whole 90 days.

    @JioCare 4 days without internet! Multiple complaints, multiple calls, but no engineer visit. One complaint marked "Resolved" despite no fix, another "On Hold". Customer care only asks me to wait. We have 4 Jio SIMs and 3 JioFiber connections in our family. If this is how loyal customers are treated, we'll shift everything to Airtel. JioFiber: 7313177798 .     @pvsubramanyam @jio_fiber @reliancejio Jio is a bs company. They have the worst customer service. It was so bad that I got rid of my internet connection. Sir you are lucky that you even got to speak to a human in the first place.

    @JioCare @reliancejio order I’d : LR000015MJTK payment done on 01.06.26, multiple mails ( as your call center and helpline is worst in market ) but your refusal to rightful service is a surprise! Shall I move to court or any other institute m using your service from 1st day

    @malpani @JioCare If you rely on a Reliance enterprise (ironical right?) to provide you good service - then sorry to say you are living in a delusional world. Only an enterprise run by someone who has a vision and a necessity to build a reputation can provide good service and support
