@reliancejio @JioCare during the purchase of your connection lots of commitments are done by your team. It’s been 18 hours the Internet service not working.When we purchase they told us whatever the problem is we resolved it within 24 hours and now they rescheduled it 2days later

@JioCare I applied for new fiber connection. very pathetic service following up from last 2 days. getting appointment rescheduled and customer supports cut down the call. they don't have any resolution. I will suggest not to choose frm my experience #jio #jioFiberPatheticService

@JioCare @reliancejio it's more than 20days and no engineer has pickup my cancelled jio fiber setup and initiated refund process in pali Rajasthan even after filing a complain online.Such attitude from the jio staff made me to cancel the connection in first place.

@JioCare Yes for sure - you are working to do nothing. Got a call stating return the device- I mean come on if you guys let’s it where is my fault u recovered money from poor chap and now again same drama post 2 years ???
