    @JioCare False promises made again and again by the sales team and the technician. I am being made to wait for a simple fibre installation. Never had to go through all this with airtel. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am trying to convert my current number into eSim but the problem is when the IVR calls for verification and ask me to select 1 for activation, but it does not register my selection I have been tapping on 1 everytime the IVR asks me to. No clue what to do?
