Kunal Shah (@shah_kunal13) reported@JioCare If I am using any vpn or private dns this issue doesn't persist. It's means physical wire connection is completely alright problem is with your DNS Resolver server. Kindly look into the matter which dns resolver restrict to access me this website and app.

Vi provides unlimited data and calling with a reliable network experience. If I’m paying for a service, I expect consistent connectivity, not just 5G claims while 4G remains unreliable.

Called customer care around 2:30 PM they told me wait till 4 PM. Still I am waiting without internet. Jio service I thought will be good but it’s even worse nowadays 👎 #jio #jioairfiber
