@JioCare What is jio doing from their end? Such a pathetic service.. Call center people don't even talk properly and they simply cut my call. What nonsense is going on? When will this issue be resolved? My work is getting impacted because of this?

@ViCustomerCare the network is not working from almost a month a 5 mins youtube video is loading in 25 mins and that also in 240p and other apps are not loading as well like Spotify and zoom solve the problem else I will port to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@JioCare my concern no is 70092-42137 my rollover data was 165 gb in the month of September but when i checked today it's showing 56gb rollover and 75gb of this month and my issue alos regarding Amazon prime when i took this no they told me its for life time but now its showing last date
