    @JioCare Anybody with Jio Fiber home connection, please switch to any other service provider. Jio service sucks, their engineer team openly says please switch & drop Jio Fiber. On top of it the Jio care is even worse. @reliancejio @reliancegroup Never ever take this connection

    @JioCare It’s been 10 days and my JioFiber 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is still not working. Every call gets the same response: restart router & change password. No engineer has visited despite repeated complaints. Please resolve this ASAP. #JioFiber

    Day 3 of total JioFiber blackout for my elderly parents in Jalandhar. Local tech diagnosed an outside pole issue on July 2nd, but NO network engineer has been dispatched since. Standard support is useless. @JioCare please escalate this immediately! Details in DM. #JioFiberDown

    @QamarAnchor @reliancejio @JioCare Use some brain, if the was unlimited, why would they gave 30GB extra for? By unlimited they mean that in those 30GB you can use the network which will not be downgraded to 4g.
