    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi team, Internet down at my place for the last 4 days and my parents have been frantically trying to get support. For the first 2 days, the internet was down during the day and at night it worked but was a lot slower. And for last 2 days, it didn't work

    31st August is here and @JioCare has gone completely ghost. No calls, no relocation, and you let my advance-paid connection expire without 15+ days of service. Absolute looting of customers. Cancel this connection and process my full REFUND immediately! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @VinodSh122377 @reliancejio Okay Jio Warrior.. Unlike 2014 we don’t have many options.. Only two good options are there and both are terrible at my place..

    @JioCare same problem with jio fiber not working from 1300 to till now 1700 . Customer care not aware of issue .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Thanks for resolution, Finally, the issue has been resolved. However, please consider the frustration of 4 days to go through. Today alone, Called CC 3 times to get technical person. This level of customer service is simply not acceptable.
