    Ordered @reliancejio SIM online. Paid+KYC done Promise: 48 hrs delivery 7+ days later: No SIM. No refund. 1 Agent refused, Others unreachable. Store asked to pay again. Customer care = zero clarity. Complaint timeline expired. How long does it take to deliver a SIM @JioCare?

    Please let me know if it possible for @JioCare to port me in because it's 15th day from EKYC and Payment..it supposed to be done within 5 days. Useless customer care executives from disconnects call without listening the issue.

    @JioCare provides zero support to customers, whenever there is any disconnection in internet services. You can't rely on jio internet for import work. Customer care always shows busy and does not pick the call.
