@reliancejio Finally after wasting 1 hour I was connected to a lady who said call after sometime. She was a CS executive but said no one is available now. Absolutely useless service. I don't know my balance even now. Helpless customer.

@JioCare Your engineers are demanding money for extra wire and their service, that’s what I got from there talks. They are saying they can’t give the wire as Jio doesn’t provide it, and are suggesting to disconnect the connection. Is jio Gone so bankrupt that they cannot afford it ?1/1

@JioCare I can't understand such a big company needs time to settle some small issues received call and got a recorded msg that we are unable to connect u. When u tried to connect me I didn't understand?
