Unplaced Engineer (@Unplaced_Eng) reported@JioCare Recharged ₹349 plan because it clearly promised “JioHotstar Mobile subscription for 3 months” under Jio Special Offer. After recharge, benefit was denied, and support now claims it was a “one-time offer” despite no clear mention in visible T&C. This is misleading promo.

SR Number: (SR000034FSTJ) You people are quick to take money but extremely slow to refund. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to @jagograhakjago and proceed legally through consumer court. Stop giving generic replies and process my refund NOW.
