    @JioCare We have been trying to schedule an engineer visit from past 3 days, an engineer came but just left after telling us the problem without solving it. What type of service are you providing to your customers? Your engineers just reschedule a planned visit and never show up.

    Hey @JioCare I'm unable to connect to internet by jiofibre. Is there an outage in fibre services in raipur ? The router is stable green yet internet service are impacted and running diagnostics didn't yield any result. Kindly check.
