  @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

  @JioCare Why don’t you cancel it immediately and process the refund?? I’m sure you’re not going to pay me extra compensation for delay in refund. Let’s say you’re blocking ₹349 per customer for 10000 customers, how much money are you actually keeping without paying any interest?

  @JioCare Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with @reliancejio at this point. What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date. All this trouble just to get a SIM. @JioCare
