@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@reliancejio ticket SR00001CSZAN registered on 9-Aug. Everyday I get a re-schedule message and nobody is actually coming to resolve it. Now the customer care number doesn’t let me go beyond certain IVR options. This is the 2nd time like this. Can anyone assure a resolution?

@TataPlayin made a mistake by trying to reinstall your STB after 3 years. As usual your engineers try to make a fool of customers by asking for cash payments & when I refused It's been a week & ur service engineer hasn't installed the STB. @JioCare ur service is amazing
