@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

Hello @reliancejio and @JioCare I ordered Jio Sim home delivery for porting my mother's SIM. The people here in Ambedkar Nagar UP, they just cancel the order and never come. This happened 3-4 times with me. Even they ask for OTP also. Facing worst experience.

@JioCare @reliancejio at the time of new jiofibre connection it was promised to fix any issue in 4 hours. I complained twice around 8.30pm and in both cases the time was scheduled at afternoon around 4pm. Why do u guys false promise? Am I paying for this **** customer service
