    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @reliancejio @JioCare network drop past 8 month follow. Yesterday onwards heavy network drop Customer care executive repeated same dialogue “issues resolved in shortly in 90 day’s” but 240 day’s gone. I’m not able to work efficiently. Waiting for @SpaceXStarlink Indian.

    Always rescheduling the appointment and customer care of @JioCare is so pathetic that they can't transfer call to their seniors nor they provide the contact information of service center or service engineer. It was really a very bad decision to switch to @JioFiberVoice.
