    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare While u wre struggling 2 get me a solution, I'v receivd 1 more no.&1 more email to contct 4resoltion apart frm many othr no./emails.Means no 1 has a resoltion,dey just 4wrd it 2 som1 else. Due 2 d same,I wud request you 4 a refund.Many thx 4 ur services even b4 its installation.

    @reliancejio very disappointed with jio.. I have recharged by mistake on another number and when I'm asking for a transfer or refund, Miss ankita from your customer care team is teaching me policies and procedures. jio cares more about their policies rather than customers. 👍👍

    Dear jio team,@JioCare @reliancejio I already recharged on 13/04/2021, For 777 rupees,plan is 84 days validity and 1.5 gb/day,&Disney+hotstar subscription for 1 year, Till not received Disney hotstar subscription, And costomer care doesn't help, I called from Last 2days, Plz Help
