This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

Dear @reliancejio, @ViCustomerCare & @TRAI, I'm supposed to be get connected to any telephone No within the boundaries of India, if I HAVE A VALID recharge (84 days UNLIMITED) pack in my mobile No. Then WHY can't I call to any No that start from 1860 (ex. Banking Customer Care)?

@JioCare @HenLawrence They will handle the rest! Like they will take the payment and then will never show up for installation and keep rescheduling it as per their convenience as in my case!

@JioCare Jio signal is very poor in my home where other operators have good signals. Most of time I have to do airplane mode turn-on-off to make or receive a call. This is my primary number, I am not getting calls on time, if this continues, I'll have to port out. Please fix.
