    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @reliancejio @JioCare its not even a month I took JIO FIBER,facing so much issues that I had to cancel the connection.Customer service I'm getting is pathetic. I am not having internet connection since last Wednesday but till now, Saturday 12.24PM no one paid any visit to check.

    @JioCare Mamy time i called Your customer care. They alwaya aasure me. Your issue will resolve soon.. But after 5 or 4 year.. Issues are remains.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio if jion cant solve customer network isses in 2 years ans still they are working on issue then this is worst example of mismgmt. Jio must provide quality service as customer is paying money for it. Trai should define reliable services.

    @reliancejio raised innumerable complaints about mobile internet speed on myjio app,but no improvement,what the use of buying UL Pk ? Wastage of money.For last five -six month internet speed is very very poor.good save jio users

    @reliancejio Sir still 4G signals/infrastructure are not good . You are talking about 5G. I request you to improve 4G first. Other wise you can say 5G is for selected cities. Also the customer service has to be improve. @jiocare , @reliancegroup
