    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare My Order Number CO0000MAUDDP. Returned the router at the Jio office as the engineer never came. Docket/Document number is 4462586883. When is Jio gonna give me refund?

    @JioCare - Rec'd a call in response to my complaint for JioFiber services for Service ID 2235541711 - was informed that the service will not be restored until 6 pm today. I was also advised that if i am not satisfied, i should STOP using your services! Does @JioCare really Care?

    @JioCare Hi team, I am using the jio fiber from last 3-4 months and from yesterday its not working.. the service request has been raised but no action has been taken. I didnt expect this from such a big name!! I am thinking to change the jio fiber

    @JioCare I understood but you need to think in customer perspective it has been 4 days not yet restored the services in my location and I made dual recharges for another network to continue my business meetings
