@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@JioCare Please clarify does customer has to pay additional #AmazonPrimeMembership fee at Year end of #Jiofiber pre-paid connection with Rs999 plan ??? If yes, then why you claimed that 13app r free including Amazon prime for above plan subscription period?? M facing this issue.

@JioCare - Rec'd a call in response to my complaint for JioFiber services for Service ID 2235541711 - was informed that the service will not be restored until 6 pm today. I was also advised that if i am not satisfied, i should STOP using your services! Does @JioCare really Care?
