    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @reliancejio @JioCare No internet connectivity at JioFiber ID 778720336105. Blinking red light on router for 2 hours. Restarted the router several times and checked all the wires plugged in. Contacted support through various modes but no response. Kindly resolve.

    @JioCare I have DMed my number, and the issue too. Samsung's S20 FE had 2 variants 4G and 5G. Mine is the 5G one but your device database don't consider them as different devices. So kindly ask your engineering team to update the device database as this is a major issue.
