    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    @JioCare @dineshcrazy9 Is this an auto response with no remediation ?Do you guys even try fixing an issue ? From personal experience, it looks like you guys wait for an issue to resolve on its own or frustrate the customer to an extent he will move on with a different service provider

    @JioCare Let me tell you, we are getting idiotic data speed from last many years. Regarding call drop, it's with everyone in the region. This occur due to limited availability of network in region. We need to move out at highest building for better network however data speed remain slow.
