    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    More than 7 days, and @reliancejio still hasn’t resolved my issue. It’s been 4 days since the replacement order, yet no engineer has been sent. Customer care kept me on hold for over an hour and then disconnected the call. Ref: SR00003DZWJV Whom should I contact now? @JioCare

    mistakenly recharged the wrong plan on my Jio number. Please help cancel/revert it and restore the correct package if possible. I have already emailed support but haven’t received a response yet. Kindly look into this urgently and advise the next steps. @JioCare
