    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare recharged yesterday with ₹61 plan for 6 GB data pack for my postpaid no. 9654859981 but it has not been credited nor showing anywhere on your app. Order reference no is - BR0007BVD2TW It’s fishing and disgusting. Just ported in to your service.

    @JioCare I have already checked with your Jio team. Reply from your jio team for the last 2 years is that a feasibility problem. The complete wiring has already been done in the society.
