    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Jio services are the worst. I have been doing recharg from last two months but the internet is not working and no technician has ever been assigned. Yesterday i did the recharge as asked by the team and the internet is still not working.

    @JioCare its more than 24hrs nd u r not able to restore a network . Is this your service . 9654422001 is still without network nd your monthly rent is on.our work suffers due to non efficiency of yours

    @reliancejio Why you are providing such a poor internet speed in kanpur ,chhapeda chauraha area ?? This is continue at least from last 15 days . If u cant provide speed of 4g net so why are u charging the rate of 4g. I am literally frustated . Do not use jio who r nearby

    @reliancejio esim introduction reduces the need of physical sim card, i think jio need to move to non-physical customer verification. Use the process that EGOV uses for validation for dsc issue. Go totally online!

    If something exist as poorest network ever it should JIO as i cannot make calls , surf internet, or even messages and the bonus prt is i cannot contact the consumer care services , hats off to the 5g power when you cannot use "JIO ALWAYS SUCKS ". @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hii @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my grandparent village there is a strong network issue every time for making call or picking call everyone has to go on roof. I reached to @JioCare but they said they can't help me. Hope you people can help and install new tower in locality.
