  @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

  @DKMahant @JioCare After a desperate 8 days without internet an engineer visited my house and restored my internet service. one Mr Gopal who visited earlier to address my concern reset my router and didn't have courtesy to apprise me about resetting my password.   @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since Feb 18 (SR00002JGZYU). Zero engineer visits. Zero resolution. Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. This is a formal billing dispute. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

  @JioCare @sachindev87 Nobody attended complaint no SR00002KUNJI at Jaipur. Wrong answer. Scheduled 12 to 1 pm today but I’m still waiting to get the results.
