    @reliancejio i am very disappointed through jio. The speed is about 100kbs surfing speed in 2020. How redecules is that you are just avertising the network is good but at ground level the spped is that. How can we work in these conditions. I am complaining so many times but ..

    @JioCare Worst customer service once again. @JioCare They don’t care about the actual issue or providing a solution. They just keep sending scripted messages with whatever they want to say instead of addressing the problem.

    Your team says they will cancel, but refund goes to the KYC agent's account because THEY used their own account for my payment! They expect me to trust the agent to send my ₹2221 back? Why do you allow agents to take payments from their own accounts? @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare service is scheduled for Sunday 8 PM,yesterday an engineer was assigned late evening via MyJio, but when I called, he said he was assigned only for installation, not service. Installation gets same-day support, but service gets delayed.
