@reliancejio,@_MukeshAmbani,@ianuragthakur I have used only around 700mb data and message come from jio that you have used 100 percent data.if same condition remain same then I port my number to others service. And my data plan is 1.5gb/day.

@reliancejio Ambani ji is claimng to provide 5G network by 2023 all across India but here still 4G is not workng good, then how will he provide 5G all across. Earlier I had complined many times about this issue. All I got is that,"We are working very hard to solve your problem?"

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I am from Hajipur city, Bihar. Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

@JioCare Had a very bad experience while gettung for a replacement sim from JJ store in Mumbai. Employee was pathetic and rude he didn't had change so i had to walk around for that and most important he didn't activate my sim yet as he got some ego issues. Plz help.

Guys switch to @JioCare no kidding, its super easy, you've to DM their Twitter team that's on service 24×7, they'll reply within few minutes & help u in getting a new sim, porting or resolving other queries, Prices are cheap compared to airtel & Customer Service is 10/10
