    @reliancejio,@_MukeshAmbani,@ianuragthakur I have used only around 700mb data and message come from jio that you have used 100 percent data.if same condition remain same then I port my number to others service. And my data plan is 1.5gb/day.

    Dear @reliancejio,@JioCare the condition of your network is very pathetic and we talk in the call center, they say that will be fixed in 48 hours but this problem has been there since the last 1 year and Jio is not doing any work for it. #4G #very #bad #Network

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Still facing the same issue. Already complained multiple time regarding same issue. My latest complaint ticket number is MR0001489WLR. Request you to kindly fix this problem. Already provided my complete address of my location where I'm facing the issue.

    FUKC THIS @reliancejio @JioCare the network of jio was so damn good back in the day but it has been a month it's so ******, AND 5g ,it's just so worse nowadays, it is getting me hard times, made my facilities so uncomfortable to use it is just so annoying time to switch I guess

    it's been over 20 days, neither I got my money 1200 rs for relocation back nor any resolution .And while we call customer support daily to provide resolutions, they keep saying you will get the refund amount 4 days , 1 days , till this date, @reliancejio

    @JioCare Such a bad service and fake promises that is all we get when placing our trust in you. The issue is not resolved today as well and I have to spend additional money to get data so that I can work even though I have already paid for the fiber.

    @JioCare very poor response from team jio for relocation of connection. Request raised on 20th April 2026 at 12.40 PM. Order ID LR00001D1NSP. No one visited on scheduled date i.e. 25th April for installation . No proper reply to mail/ call/ chat.
