    @JioCare @reliancejio Request of upgradation of Jio Pos Lite before 5 days but till date it not get approved PRM ID - 0700717309 & Mob No 9931174134 plz help to get approved or tell how much more time does ur team take for approval & to get starting my activation processes active

    @reliancejio,@_MukeshAmbani,@ianuragthakur I have used only around 700mb data and message come from jio that you have used 100 percent data.if same condition remain same then I port my number to others service. And my data plan is 1.5gb/day.

    Dear @reliancejio,@JioCare the condition of your network is very pathetic and we talk in the call center, they say that will be fixed in 48 hours but this problem has been there since the last 1 year and Jio is not doing any work for it. #4G #very #bad #Network

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I am from Hajipur city, Bihar. Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

    @JioCare What's the use to buy a 84 day,1.5gb/day plan if you can't fulfill your promise of designated speed. It's awfully bad network speed. Pathetic to run a simple website. Wish you ppl had worked on quality rather ramping new connections. Quite unhappy with the service!

    @JioCare Revised dates have been provided 10+ times already. I can list down all dates starting from 23 Jan till today. Each day 1-2 slots have been used as revised apointment. This is the most clueless part of your process. Every revise is in hope that may be someone will come.

    @JioCare you guys must be seriously understaffed. No direct conversation with a human rep over the phone, no direct access to technicians, automated sms responses of tickets resolved with no actual solution to the problem. @airtelindia we would like to switch connection #asap

    Dear jio, please explain why my one sim(which i recharge with unlimited data plan)gives very low data speed and high ping compared to other sim(Which i recharge rarely and dont use much).Both are jio 5g, in same phone with dual 5G support, exact same settings @reliancejio @TRAI
