    @reliancejio Services suspended for JioFiber Service ID 299863349687. From 19Oct to 5th Dec (75 DAYS). No one pick the device from location even not allowd to shift another location, No update after multiple followup. What we expect in such cases.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Many times I registered a complaint regarding n/w issue at my home location. Even drafted 5-6 emails in the last 3 years. Every time you say a team is working on it..... I want to know what the team did till now? I can't see any improvement.

    @JioCare Service Request number SR00001FQVIK. No engineer visit till, given time of 1 to 2 pm passed...no call and message regarding visit till now... So please send engineer asap

    @JioCare The sales executive also told me that after six months your Jio Fibre Postpaid service will automatically convert into prepaid service.
