    @reliancejio your network having wrost day by day in my area ( Stepehen circle ajmer Rajasthan 305004) yesterday call drop and today Calling issue and sometime voice repeating during normal call .5 g network not working poorly also

    Has anyone else experienced issues with Jio? Jio mobile seems to provide poor hotspot connectivity on laptops despite Good signal on mobile, while Jio broadband doesn’t allow Prime to play on the TV unless Prime subscription is purchased thru Jio. @amazonIN @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have replied you could you please align your field team for site survey accordingly they need to fix antenna angle from the tower. I am technical person don't waste time to ask unusefull info just lock complaint and assign the tech

    @reliancejio 2. Arrogance of Jio service provider in Chamba is very high , cancelled my connection request & asked me to get connection from another service provider.

    Dear @JioCare/@reliancejio : Are you saying that after over two weeks of back-and-forth with countless exchanges, you still don’t have access to something as elementary as the customer’s mobile number? What ridiculousness is this? All you’ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. It’s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.
