    @JioCare For Jio, this is transpiring to arrogance rather than progress, with the kind of unfriendly customer practices which the organisation has. Without consumers consent, decision towards continuity of services are taken autonomously. Worst CRM! #JioFiber @JioCare @madhavmalhotra

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup had posted a lot of complaint regarding my jio setop box since last 3 months but yet have not received any resolution just because of this worst behaviour i have decided to move to airtel Xstream so kindly disconect my jiofibre connection bye

    @Suborno18779227 @JioCare It's damn sad that GIO is taking take long to resolve a simple thing and also the executives are so irresponsible that they promise to come to me to resolve it but later on they don't even picking my call which will lead to another couple of months delay .

    @Suborno18779227 @JioCare It is now more than one month that gio is not able to fix a simply thing ,,,,definitely not a reliable and trustworthy operator at all ,,,,now instead of porting in ,,,I will port out all my gio connections holding in my family,friends and relatives and will close postpaid

    @JioCare I had an issue earlier regarding not being able to access a site, it was resolved but now again I'm not able to access it with Jio as ISP! Need a fix
