    @JioCare I am not getting proper answer, I emailed regarding voucher recharge data and got answer for slow speed problem. In messages they are trying to prove that I have 2 Samsung phone, how can Jio act so irresponsibly by being as one of the biggest network provider in world?

    @Airtel_Presence It’s almost two months to raise a complaint but nothing comes up. Only one month is left to port out. Worst network worst customer care don’t choose @Airtel_Presence over @JioCare Jio is the best network in india.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have been struggling with jio since days. Have complained so many times. No improvement. In situation crises, when i am trying to arrange oxygen for my friend calling ppl, jio shows call fail every time. Struggling with corona crisis and jio crisis as well

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio signal reception is very poor for the past one week and Vowifi is also not working for the past one week in our area whereas when we move to the neighbouring area just a KM from here, all is well. COULD YOU PLEASE CHECK?
