@JioCare Jio broadband on Jio fiber not working. jio care app is useless as there is no option to lodge a complaint regarding broadband not working and so is the chat option. Calls to 18008969999 get disconnected stating heavy rush.

From last evening my jio fiber is not working,i registered my complaint but no one came to check,i called 10 times ajay (9625319668) and 10 times Shivam (7701808692)from jio fiber who is handling sector 78 noida but they not are not picking my call @JioCare @TRAI is this a joke

@JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio It's of utmost shame that your wifi fiber services aren't working in My area (Delhi) and it says no connectivity issue. Upon selecting the option of chat with the agent on your app or WhatsApp service number it won't let me.
