@JioCare Hi shridhar, I received a msg stating that installation will be done today at 4 pm but not yet completed and also just now received a msg it will be done in 24hrs. Your service to the customer is incredible and you people don't respect the customer after the payment is done.

It says how badly @reliancejio internet speed is falling down drastically in my place. We were getting 20-50Mbps, but we are no longer getting that speed now. @JioCare .

@JioCare you seriously need to have a fixed timeline for your engineer visit. There’s zero commitment level and value of time from your customer care representative Mili Prasad and also she has some serious attitude issues. Look into this.
