    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio i am constantly complaining about worst data service from last 10-15days via twitter and customer care support too but no improvement at all...plzzz help me with this as for say i living in Patna,boring road but service is like below 2g speed

    @JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Very bad internet and calling service... I have compiled a lot of times but nothing has been improved yet... I have been constantly complaining for the past too long, but some response is not coming: our network team is working but nothing happened .

    I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

    @reliancejio @JioCare BR0004SEZ4Y9 Is the transaction ID which I'd made on 14th of June 10:00am but the amount get debited and till now recharge doesn't get successful already raised dispute but bo any resolution, haven't got any refund yet #Jio #jiocare #GooglePay #Google

    @JioCare What is the minimum recharge I need to do to make a call from my jio prepaid number ? Because without all in one pack I can't call and minimum recharge is 149. So to make a emergency call I should have atleast 149 inr. @ndtv please help into this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio calling CC from 3 days evertime saying like inter and service will be working after 6hr, after 7r now its 3rd day still very poor network and poor speed like Edge (2g) with 4g signal. So its Fake 4g network #jio #worstservicejio

    @Airtel_Presence Paid advance for broadband connection on 10th feb, sales person demanded 5-6 days for installation, now it has been 14 days and no updates yet. Now sales person is not answering my calls and customer care is pathetic. Better opt for @reliancejio fibre broadband.
