    @JioCare But after recharge it was activated immediately without taking any confirmation from me resulting it expired in days and whole Rs 222 was wasted. Why do you do this? These is no options to talk to your support staff. Even on chat its a programed robotic answer which is useless

    The Jio office at Mithapur Bus Stand Road, Patna, is a dump. They are open just to get their salary from @reliancejio. No work is done here and the staff redirects you and guard tries to throw you out. Is this the kind of service you offer? @JioCare

    @reliancejio Very bad internet and calling service... I have compiled a lot of times but nothing has been improved yet... I have been constantly complaining for the past too long, but some response is not coming: our network team is working but nothing happened .

    @JioCare How many times should I tell what the problem is I am not able to get any incoming calls as the person dialling my no receives a message as out of reach and I get a missed call notification everytime

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got jio fiber connection on 15 August 2022 after that installation team told for any issues please call now since last 1 week i am facing so problem and your staff is not receiving my call this is very bad and poor service and customer service is worst.

    @JioCare Speed is ok but indoor network is very bad,always shifting between 4g and 5g,secondly calling is big issue. Vonr is still not active.

    @JioCare What to do with this link. After having 5G phone F23, in your website showing as 4G phone. Update your list asap. You guys are stupid and rubbish. Just copy and paste replying. You have no sense what user's are saying.. Low level of Customer support system.. totally shameless.

    @JioCare Your 4G network here in Patna is really pathetic. This can't be a 4G network. It surely must be 3G. Unable to navigate on internet or check posts on the social media platforms.

    @JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I told customer care I called 3 times none resolved the issue.. and this time I will also record d call.. Very admend that either you pay the incorrect bill fully to get ur connection, we will not correct the bill as this month bill already generated.

    @JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH

    @JioCare @reliancejio such a pathetic service. I have ordered a new sim using self kyc service from My jio app. The sim was ordered on July 3, 2026, Friday at 11:20 Am. It was supposed to be delivered between 24 and 48 hours. But I have received the product even after 48 hours.
