@JioCare Your internet is very slow in my area network tower is full but internet very slow. In 4G dpeed pack I can't send text in Insta or WhatsApp properly or any pic download. Two days ago I was call customer care he said cause many of users this issue found. @reliancejio

@JioCare how stupid is the virtual assistant in the app and toll free number? I feel like banging my head against a wall. Impossible to get hold of a human being at the other end to explain the issue. I cannot login to my router and the virtual assistance will not understand it.

@JioCare So funny, nobody is visiting this place and your team is working. Where they are working ?? Since years you are replying the same. Don't charge full for recharge if you are giving half service. As soon as you install a new tower here charge full from that time.

@JioCare Hi, I got this month's bill my bill cycle of Mar-April. I have a jio postpaid plus plan. I had migrated my plan from 999 plan to 799 plan. I have been charged extra 159 Rs for ott. I was never communicated that such a extra cost would be added if you change the plan.
