I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

@JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

@reliancejio hello.. i have to generate esim in my new phone. Esim from old phone formatted. I sent sms to generate esim but that is of no use. When i approached to jio store they shown me esim application open so they can't do except to wait 3-4 days to auto-cancel that request.

@JioCare Hi all public I took Jio 4g in October 2016 had signal problem after 2yrs they sent tech he said after installing new tower I get but till date no respite fed up I opted to portout Jio team called many times not to leave and correct the problem till now nothing happened
