Dear @reliancejio,@JioCare the condition of your network is very pathetic and we talk in the call center, they say that will be fixed in 48 hours but this problem has been there since the last 1 year and Jio is not doing any work for it. #4G #very #bad #Network

@JioCare Your internet is very slow in my area network tower is full but internet very slow. In 4G dpeed pack I can't send text in Insta or WhatsApp properly or any pic download. Two days ago I was call customer care he said cause many of users this issue found. @reliancejio

to improve. 3 sal me to birbal ki khichadi ban jati but @JioCare ki service nhi sudhri. Call v thik se nhi hoti. We will move to other companies if @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we Don't at least 1mbs speed.

@JioCare I have converted my jio fibre from pre to post and subscribed to 399+200 plan. But after activation I a lm unable to watch jio tv + and live channels such as Aaj Tak and others. It's asking me login screen. Can you please explain. Isn't jio tv complimentary with jio?
