    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst network coverage and the internet speed and this is when the newly installed jio tower is within 2km. About 2months ago when the jio tower installed everything is fine but it seems you people deliberately providing very poor services now. @DoT_India

    @reliancejio Very poor service at devi maa road , punaichak , patna 800023 , internet speed is maximum 30-90 kb only , Improve speed otherwise I switched to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio I have two connections of jiofiber, both are not working (no Internet) since last 4 days. I called customer care and got no satisfactory reply from them like when it (Internet)will be again work properly.

    @JioCare sir i am from (bairiya) patna bihar, in my locality jio network was to slow from past 1 year, i complaint lot of time they always says that this was temporary problem due to multiple users uses in same time.This was just an excuse please resolve this problem.

    @JioCare What's the use to buy a 84 day,1.5gb/day plan if you can't fulfill your promise of designated speed. It's awfully bad network speed. Pathetic to run a simple website. Wish you ppl had worked on quality rather ramping new connections. Quite unhappy with the service!

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio What the hell is going on with your network in my area. In last 15 days, not a single call has been completed without any voice crack issue and every call gonna cut automatically. Most of the users are switching in another network, kindly fixed it ASAP

    @JioCare If someone lost mobile with JIO SIM in evening after Jio Store are closed, Customer service IVRS says to loging with OTP and request for blocking lost SIM, someone gives fake reply on Twitter without ny soln. The pickpocket who stole the mobile has full night for malicious things

    @JioCare @reliancejio My request to AirFiber was not processed and I had to ask that connection request to be cancelled - NO0001DP69UW this is the order number. No refund issued so far. There is no way I can reach any human being who can resolve this and there has been multiple posts here on social media asking this to be resolved. When i ask for a resolution, I get a dumb welcome message. Do you want me to file a consumer court complaint for all the trouble you have given so far without offering service or refund?

    Dear @RelianceDigital, @reliancejio I purchased a brand-new Samsung 55Q7F QLED TV from Reliance Digital. Within days of installation, the TV developed a vertical line on the display, indicating a defect in a virtually new product. Despite repeated emails, calls, and follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from Reliance Digital. As the seller of this product, Reliance Digital is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a defect-free product. I purchased a new premium television, not one that requires repair immediately after purchase. I request Reliance Digital's senior management to intervene and arrange the replacement of my defective TV without any further delay.     @JioCare Ihave made a recharge of ₹899 today (15 July 2026) through Google Pay at 7:51 AM, but the recharge is still showing as "Processing" and has not been successfully activated. Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible. UPI Transaction ID: 126306563064. Thanks

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your customer care is the worst, yiu have to call atleast 5 times to speak to an agent who are actually clueless as to how to help the client. They care more about they rating then helping the customer. What a complete **** show. Is there any solution

    Hi @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-1000014956127. I hv 4 airtel sims in my plan and 2 of my sims are not working. I get a response that it will be resolved by 29.07 (15 days). Pathetic service to fast lane customers from Airtel, if not resolved I will port to @reliancejio
