However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

Since then, I have received no communication or updates from your team, which ultimately forced me to book a connection with Airtel instead. Whenever I contacted customer support, I either received no proper response or was passed around without any resolution. After months of frustration, I had almost given up on recovering the amount. However, about a week ago, I received a call from a representative (Abirami - +916382952311) who assured me that she would help process my refund and that I would receive the amount by June 2. Since then, every time I try to contact her, my calls are disconnected, and my messages go unanswered. I have reached the end of my patience. I expect my ₹1,200 refund to be processed immediately. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will have no option but to pursue legal action and escalate the issue through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. Please treat this as urgent and provide a clear update on the status of my refund. @TRAI
