However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

Also if the issue isn't resolved, don't raise a new complaint just reopen the old one. Then your in inactive days count anotherwise they did not count and they did not get your recharge
