I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

@JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Broadband is the worst. Within the initial 2 months 5 to 6 times down due to technical issues and gets restored after 1 or 2 days. I shifted from Hathway to JIO and find this is worst. Not renewing. Good bye Jio
