However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. It's been over a month with zero resolution. 🔴 My Jio internet completely stops working every time there's a power cut in my area — and power cuts are frequent here, so I lose internet constantly. 🔴 I've raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but there's been NO improvement at all. 🔴 First I was told it'll be fixed by 2 July, then pushed to 5 July, and now I'm being told it'll take 3 MONTHS?! That means the recharge I just did is basically useless if I can't even use the service. 🔴 We have 4 Jio users in our house — none of our connections work properly, and one of them has NO network at all. I have ordered a new sim using self kyc service from My jio app. The sim was ordered on July 3, 2026, Friday at 11:20 Am. It was supposed to be delivered between 24 and 48 hours. But I have received the product even after 48 hours.
