Why do you do this? These is no options to talk to your support staff. Even on chat its a programed robotic answer which is useless

However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.
