    @JioCare Very bad internet and calling service... I have compiled a lot of times but nothing has been improved yet... I have been constantly complaining for the past too long, but some response is not coming: our network team is working but nothing happened .

    @JioCare Your 4G network here in Patna is really pathetic. This can't be a 4G network. It surely must be 3G. Unable to navigate on internet or check posts on the social media platforms.

    @JioCare .. you permanently disconnected. My bill was due since 6 September 2021 and you disconnected my number permanently on dt. 04.11.2021. I mailed this issue but not recovered my number. I am requesting you hear please help me to recover my number. @TRAI Please look into it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    I am facing CALL DROP & VOICE CRACK issues on each n every calls from 15 days in my area. Most of the Jio users have been moved or planning to move in another network. So, fixed it ASAP. If you are serious about your network and users. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio Sir i am unable to get jio fiber service near by my location, all over Patna Jio fiber service has already reached but Near Patna Central school subhash nagar 800027 not getting service asked from your official they said sorry we can't provide wait for 3 years.

    @JioCare @airtelindia please teach or send somebody for complaint handling training at @JioCare they don’t know for what purpose SR was raised and telling me that appointment is scheduled. Rest all were assuring me for processing refund asap. This means it’s simply a revert and no action.

    @JioCare bastards your fiber is dead since yesterday morning. Engineer visit was rescheduled without my consent and the visit didn’t even resolve the issue. Your customer care is also **** and can’t do anything about it.

    @reliancejio @RanveerOfficial I am still waiting for an answer and for my refund.. its been more than 1.5 month now.. Refund of INR 807 is still pending. I am asked to DM every now and then.. no resolution at all

    Someone called from @jio_fiber called and said 'will send someone and attend to your problem. Well nobody came. @reliancejio should I escalate to your seniors? Many of them live in our society and it is easy to reach...to start your CFO. Then there are others. NOBODY HAS COME... but the team has the audacity to say 'your problem is solved as of now'. Really? How am I tweeting? I am using my @Airtel_Presence hot spot. Reliance has a better social media team, and a poor ground team to fix problems.
