I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

@JioCare i spoke 2 days before with Jio repersentative & confirmed OTT app will available on 5 screen based on that confirmed to install and paid 2500rs But yesterday when installation guy came he confirmed it is limited to 1 device.Pls cancel connection & revert booking amount.

@JioCare i would suggest to close your service centers on Sundays, specifically when it’s IPL season, Mr. Jitu (who directly report to Ambani sir) as he said he does not have any seniors, they are least bother about problem handed over me 1 xerox (that I can see online as well)
