Now I'm officially 18+ so i want to change ownership of my sim. I called jio customer executive, he told me that you have to go jio center with aadhar card and other documents with your father.

Why you are not providing binary of Jio5G to brand. That is the only reason brand are delaying to give software update. And also you have listed a F23 5G into incompatible list.

Losing customer is a fun for them. Finally decided to Port 7011355069 in to other provider. Jio experience was horrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

Chat support seems to keep saying "We are expanding" each time. This time they gave me a 120 days timeline to fix this issue after my second complaint since they closed first.

Jio says I requested port-out, while Airtel says my number is currently active with Jio. Please investigate unauthorised porting issue and guide me on the appropriate action.
