    @reliancejio Please help me I want to convert my jio sim into other network because of network problem of your jio service. I can't download a single pic. I am compelled for this. Many time I complained but you never work on this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare BR0004SEZ4Y9 Is the transaction ID which I'd made on 14th of June 10:00am but the amount get debited and till now recharge doesn't get successful already raised dispute but bo any resolution, haven't got any refund yet #Jio #jiocare #GooglePay #Google

    @JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst network coverage and the internet speed and this is when the newly installed jio tower is within 2km. About 2months ago when the jio tower installed everything is fine but it seems you people deliberately providing very poor services now. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Your internet is very slow in my area network tower is full but internet very slow. In 4G dpeed pack I can't send text in Insta or WhatsApp properly or any pic download. Two days ago I was call customer care he said cause many of users this issue found. @reliancejio

    to improve. 3 sal me to birbal ki khichadi ban jati but @JioCare ki service nhi sudhri. Call v thik se nhi hoti. We will move to other companies if @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we Don't at least 1mbs speed.

    @JioCare please solve internet slow speed problem otherwise I will change my Sim. Because in this network I can't send a single text message in Insta. In youtube 144kps quality video can't play. @reliancejio @jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Will you able to close network complain mentioned here "A complaint has been registered with ref. no. 31-2589780545860. My feedback is #Jio expire plan network is better than you @reliancejio going to port now this is enough now.

    Again Jio has stopped the service at my area. This is happened 3 to 4 times since last year.@JioCare From customer care we received response that it will last for maximum 6 months. If is it true then we need to change our SimCard?

    There is a major issue in Jio network. Services quality is going down day by day. Starting from poor network to no network sometimes + no internet too, Jio is not been able to keep its promises. @reliancejio
