    From last 2 -3 years my @reliancejio jio network in my region is worst and whenever we call customer care agent they tell us this is temporary issue and we solve it and in hope we are connected with you...plz improve ur network experience

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I cannot use internet and uninterrupted calling at my location. As I have one or rarely two tower signals on my phone. So please solve this problem or I will have to switch to airtel network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup i had book Jio Fiber a day ago and in the morning the installation person came and left with money.Then again worker came and not installed wifi this is your fastest service.Only the board has been installed,the casset are not attached.

    There’s huge problem in network as I can’t use WhatsApp also. These problem arise at peak time between 7 PM- 10:30 PM. If something can be done by your side will be pleased. Meanwhile @reliancejio Tower is near to my home. Kindly update the no of user’s. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 @reliancejio

    @JioCare Third class service please don't book jio air fiber they will took money for booking but not installing. I booked it 30 April. But steel not installed. They only give fake promises and costumer care also not working

    @JioCare Paid ₹2500, got receipt ₹2222. ₹278 taken without bill. Staff refused and threatened to cancel the connection. Installation done. Complaint raised with DoT & NCH. Need refund & action ASAP.

    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    @JioCare I have a jio wifi connection at home from the last 4-5 months which worked properly in the beginning then the issue of connection lost for 1 minute occurred every 20-30 minutes and now I am facing connection lost for 10-20 minutes in every 20-30 minutes. Do the needful

    @JioCare 7 day period given by the company to resolve the complaint, but I still haven’t received any satisfactory response Now 13 day's over Neither has the connection been canceled nor has the refund been processed. Now it seems that taking legal action will be necessary.
