  @JioHotstar @JioCare You can’t change the benefits of an active annual plan whenever you want. I purchased it based on the benefits shown at the time. Removing those benefits during the validity period is an unethical practice. Please fix this immediately. #JioHotstar #Jio #scam

  @JioCare Thank you for your response. Kindly provide: 1.The expected date and time by which the issue will be permanently resolved. 2.The ticket/reference number for the network optimization work. 3.Confirmation that this complaint will not be closed until the issue is actually resolved.

  I request @JioCare to provide a permanent resolution instead of repeatedly closing complaints without resolving them. I also request @TRAI and @GoI_MeitY to look into this matter and ensure that telecom consumers receive the quality of service they are paying for.

  @JioCare when called customer care they kept me waiting for 30 mins and disconnected call. Later they rescheduled engg visit for 5th b/w 1 to 2 pm. Is this the service provided? @DoT_India why should i pay for this poor service by @JioCare
