  @JioCare @reliancejio what you want payment is also done for a mobile postpaid number. Still suspended from last 24 hours, customer care is giving fake promises on every call. 1 hour, 2 hrs. Is it a cost of a dedicated customer from last 10 years keeping a single SIM card??

  @JioCare @JioCare the problem I was mentioned is the mejestic metro tunnel where almost 10min complete n/w outrage will be there while travelling. Earlier mentioned it’s n/w latching issue, pls add more boosters to increase range.

  @JioCare Worst 5G experience. For the past month, 5G is unusable, pages don't even load. Complained many times, but no resolution yet. Please don't reply with the same DM message, already done many times. Fix it.

  @JioCare Sukhmeet, 2+ months they r working on my concern but result no refund.normal situation in 14 days after equipment return I get my refund. So u tell me y no refund yet? Either not working or messed up. One of them is correct, saying & doing r two different return refund
