@reliancejio @KKRiders @reliancejio Please improve your network connectivity, I have shifted to new place and I'm facing poor network coverage. I currently shifted to Medziphema town 797106, Nagaland; India 4 months ago and out of those 4 months almost 20 days I didn't have network on my jio sim.

@JioCare jio fiber outage for over 24 hours in the area. Is Jio serious in resolving, or just sending sms. Reliance needs to understand tech services is nor like selling petrol or groceries, totally unacceptable attitude. Improve or perish. Choice is yours

@reliancejio iam an existing customer of yours we went to get a postpaid connection for my friend at My Jio kammannahalli store in Bangalore and the guy who was there Hemant Kumar don't know even if he gave his real name was making fun of us.. don't you train your people

@JioCare refund all money to public. This means my money will be wasted which has recharged your Jio number! If you can't give network then don't even take money from customers! This is cheating, take money, don't give service! You register my complaint and let me know!

@JioCare I don't have to inform any further information to this worst service provider, since one week I'm suffering and hampering my job due to jio fiber. The cancelation is still pending and the customer care idiots wants me to wait another 5days for device pick up and post that 14 days
