The most unreliable fibre of our city Jio Fibre. We have only one option if the internet is down to hear Sorry from the Helpline people as they cannot do anything. Cant escalate, forward the call or send technicians number to speak. Jio Mumbai Jio @JioCare

@JioCare worst service ever experienced. Data speed is slower than 2G. Takes more than 5 minutes to load an image of 5KB. Fed up with Jio. Porting to Airtel soon...
