    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down continuously for the last 4 days. Despite repeated complaints and even a State Escalation (SR00003F9QO7), there is still no resolution. This is extremely disappointing. I’m facing serious problems due to no internet. Plz restore my connection

    @JioCare I already used self-care and TWO scheduled visits were missed. Now you say “system restrictions” prevent another confirmed visit. Internet & TV are still down. SR00003F7213. Stop sending me back to the same process. Please escalate this to a supervisor and resolve it

    @JioCare I opened new request and still the technician is not here. Neither anyone is showing on the tracking. Why can’t you guys first fix basic things than claiming big stuff? This is pathetic service SR00003F9K25

    I have raised the ticket yesterday, Service Ticket no: SR00003F6YRB. Without attending the call they updated in the system " door lock". Worst service. I suggest not to take Jio fiber. Their service is not good. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Hi Reliance Jio, I have Jio AirFiber at home since many years and had been happy with the service provided. But since 27-Aug-26 the internet has been down and I never got it up and running even after your so called technician visit at home. kindly look into this.
