I have been cheated by @JioFiberVoice . They have taken 6 months of advance money for a very slow internet pack. Then i paid extra money to get the pack upgraded. I have transaction id and everything but they are saying its not in their records. FRAUD @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI in my area, which pincode is 201008 and specially in Ntpc vidyut nagar dadri. The network quality is so poor that I it does not even open a single page what to talk about internet it does not even make calls at all. Pathetic network by jio everyday.

@JioCare I have been a regular customer for more than a year, the plans are not cheap either, if I have to wait for three days to get the issue fixed but it's better to switch to another broadband service @JioCare @jio_gigafiber
