    @ZEE5India @reliancejio @JioCare hey zee5 team im facing this issue for last week did complaint on your mail and its a complimentary subscription of jio. So, I did complaint over there too. getting nothing is happening after the support mail facing same issue from a week.

    @JioCare @reliancejio If it takes 48hrs to respond to a #JioFiber disruption issue in the middle of a metro city #Kolkata, I am surely not going to continue my plan. Will be moving to @airtelindia #AirtelFibernet now. Goodbye.

    After a long consideration; me, my friends and our family , finally decided to quit using JIO. I complaint minimum 10 times for the poor internet and calling service in my area, but we gained no results. Thanks @reliancejio @JioCare For the extremely poor services. Bye.

    @JioCare I have a jio fiber connection , but i need to add the tv set up box now. There's no option in app, neither there is any proper customer support.

    @JioCare I am fed-up Jio fiber is is more like useless company.....till PPL didn't get to service...once they know ur customer service n support u r out of business....

    @JioCare ever since i've ported my number to jio. I am not receiving incoming calls, i just get a message afterwards saying i have missed a call from the no. The support has been not able to figure this thing out since 6months. Porting back to another provider.
