    @JioCare Well Jio, now-a-days your network is gone for almost all day long which is causing me to miss all my important calls and messages. I am recharging my number for using it not to get a blank signal. Sorry to say.. Pathetic Network!!

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @MukeshAmbanima There is 3000 customers in this area. Networks not working here when electricity is gone for only 5 minutes,I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible.Otherwise your customers should be ported to other service providers.

    @JioCare service request number is SR0000168MW6. Was supposed to receive an update by 16/08/2021 20:41. Filing for disconnection now, as no engineer has called and customer care keeps stalling for tomorrow. 3 days for a simple solution?

    @AgarwalAbhi687 @airtelindia @reliancejio I am facing issue since last 2 months and they did nothing and now m waiting for my postpaid locking period then will move to JIO will not wait a single minute in Airtel and I will Port out my full family Airtel connection (2-prepaid and 5 -postpaif)to JIO

    @JioCare In DM you replied engineer will visit today or tomorrow, I'm already facing no internet issue from 2 days still you are not trying to help immediately. How you people justify your salary without doing anything???? and taking money for "NO SERVICES"

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup pathetic services, fraud, recharged my broadband plan on 17th of july, it didnt get activated, neither i got any confirmation but my money was debited, again at 11pm i had to recharge to use the services, never got the refund
