    @JioCare As requested, I have already shared my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number through DM. Despite this, there has been no response or progress from your support team. Please review the matter and provide an update on the resolution of the internet speed issue at the earliest.

    @FibreJio @JioCare i have a suspended connection even after clearing all dues. Unable to reach customer care at all. Tried calling , through chat , only to get an IVR reply that device waiting for pickup. Need immediate resolution for this. @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has been down in my area for 3+ days with no proper resolution or compensation from support. Extremely poor service experience and lack of accountability. Airtel Fiber has been far more reliable in comparison.
