    Today I have experienced worst customer care service and it felt like crime to be a part of @reliancejio.. They act like we are using their network for free and we all consumers are burden on them.. I will change my network to other ASAP @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hello @JioCare Not started IPL.. After stated IPL your customer care say due to IPL Many Users use the internet on same time and for this Internet speed is slow. Very bad network connection. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I registered with required documents at @OfficialJioGate 2-3 days back but I have not received any reply. No Jio Team here has about this service. @reliancejio @JioCare Kindly help escalate.

    @reliancejio sending direct message or even social media complaint seems to go in waste. They just come with stereo type answer. But never resolve the problem

    The worst network I have seen in my life is from @JioCare @reliancejio complaining from last 6 mnths sometimes it’s ok to be connect and sometimes hard to find internet connection in my phone or even in my area,everytime when I complain they ask give us your address,how many time

    @JioCare Jio's so-called 5G is a complete joke in my area. After paying for a 5G plan, I'm getting speeds in KB/s. In 2026, this level of service is unacceptable. Stop marketing "5G" if you can't deliver basic internet speeds. #Jio #NetworkIssue #5G

    Dear 🚨 @JioCare Internet issues started on 27 Apr and remained unresolved until now May. Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Despite losing around 30 days more of service, my plan validity was not extended. Instead, a new bill was generated, my account was suspended, and I am being asked to pay first while rebate request SR000036I24H is still under process. Why should customers pay for service they could not use? #JioAirFiber #ConsumerRights #CustomerComplaint
