@JioCare My number is +916351883430. I can't use my Internet data properly since December 2017. My complaint for Internet issues on December 2017 is still pending. And now i m tired of your service. I already request for port to another service provider.

It's been a month since my first complaint. No improvement. Over this period I could use barely 10 GB data (against 25 GB monthly plan). I'm highly disappointed with jio 4g, @JioCare , and @reliancejio . Now it's time for me to make my moves.

@reliancejio @JioCare I Am facing slow internet issues at my location, from at least 10-11 months now, i have complained many times regarding this, and your customer care is only giving false assurance, their is lot of congestion at my location. Serious Need of a New tower.
