    @GTPL_Broadband Procrastination at it's peak. can't fix the cable just 500mts far from dumral in 3 working days. 20+ connections are waiting for their work done. @reliancejio people hereby are craving for jio fiber internet. Jio tower already installed in Dumral, Nadiad.

    @JioCare @subhamoych94 The bad experience I have ....jio never called me for my network and data speed solution Dear Customer, Your Service Request no. SR00000Z46DI has been processed. But still facing Same issue,wow don’t care for customers even local manager said port from jio to Vodafone

    Very Bed Network Connection. Jio Customer Care is not proper given answer. Waiting Time 25 Minutes. If you are not able to provide 4G speed pls stop to selling #Jiosimcard Card. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare After 2 month as on date no work progress, @JioCare check network and found that no signal so they decide to instal jio tower in my area, so they finalize location and start process, after few day they(jio, anand)digging hole for foundation, but after that no any further(1/2)

    @JioCare My number is +916351883430. I can't use my Internet data properly since December 2017. My complaint for Internet issues on December 2017 is still pending.  And now  i m tired of  your service.  I already request for port to another service provider.

    @AnilSinghvi_ @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio people are facing mobile internet issues and when they try to complain just get stereo typed answer from call center that it may be due to heavy internet traffic in your area. Why not raise the question and make a program on it

    @JioCare Pin 387325 mo.9879048490 Either give data speed or set your #Jioposplus to connect with other network. We are not able to open #Jioposplus with your data speed. It's taking too much time around 1-2 minutes for open. Do some necessary. Make some lite your #Jioposplus app

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Sim card is not getting 5g serives while I put other jio sim card in my mobile it is running 5g service.Why my sim card is not enabled for 5g.i have also plan for more than 239 and my phone is 5g and i am at 5g enabled area.

    @JioCare My service has not resumed since 3 weeks. On visit instead of fixing the issue exec suggested relocation to neighbouring hub. Not sure if that was necessary. It's hanging with Order no. CO0002G69OH0. Exec keeps rescheduling and no response. Pls follow up, escalate.
