@JioCare Why do you make your customer fool. I unsubscribed from your jio fibre and need refund immediately. Nobody is coming pick up the device. Since 15 days you just call and say 'we tried contacting you'. Truth is nobody contacts for device pick up

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital @TRAI On 26th October, I received a call from a jio sales agent asking if my jio fiber connection was facing issues. I was having consistent issues with the wifi so i told him so. He said that jio is offering router upgrade.

@JioCare @reliancejio has worst customer service, these people aren't customer oriented. Without my acknowledgement I found my data has been exhausted every day in the morning & no data history has been shown. In the history the usage from complete data has been shown at a time
