    @JioCare internet speed near by Talod Nagarpalika area is too slow.... City Talod, Gujarat, 383215. That's why we 200people thinking to Port from JIO TO AIRTEL.

    @JioCare You charge extra for 5G, yet the coverage is only 4G; on top of paying premium charges, the network quality is terrible.

    @JioCare Issue with Fiber ONT device: 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi are not visible since installation, preventing connection for 2.4GHz only devices. Service requests (SR00003BWVYL) are repeatedly closed without resolution, and engineers are unable to fix the problem.

    @JioCare With due respect, I do not agree that the network at my location is operating under optimal conditions. If it were truly optimal, we would not be facing frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity. I request your team to visit my location and test the network on-site.

    Why should our village suffer for something happening somewhere else? Bhutahi, Sitamarhi, Bihar – 843317 is a rural area, yet 5G has been slowed to the point it's barely usable. @JioCare Fix the network. If this is how you treat your customers, don't expect them to stay forever.

    Pathetic service, @JioCare! Hyderabad is one of India's biggest cities, yet your network is terrible. Paying ₹353 for just 28 days and still getting slow data is unacceptable Complaining for over a weekwith no solution. Fix it within 3 days or I'll port my number to Airtel.

    @JioCare it seems that Jio wants other service providers to survive in the field, your network do not permit me to call landline numbers of @BSNL_KL . I raise a ticket and after a week it gets resolved, but back to square1 , is it intentional?

    The network issue in Debipur (PIN 743502) still persists despite providing all the required details in private chat to Jio. Even today, we faced the same voice call and internet connectivity problems. No resolution has been provided yet. Solve this @reliancejio @jagograhakjago
