    @JioCare internet speed near by Talod Nagarpalika area is too slow.... City Talod, Gujarat, 383215. That's why we 200people thinking to Port from JIO TO AIRTEL.

    @reliancejio Zero customer service. More than 48 hours of Outage of services. No resolution, no place to take your grievance to. The customer care number, the chat services all hoax. Can't believe this is an actual private company. This is fraud.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 12+ days without JioAirFiber. Only one engineer visited, admitted the tower issue, then disappeared. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, no follow-up. Stop giving fake ETAs and fix the service. #JioAirFiber #Faridabad

    @JioCare @gauharsiddiqui JioCare I am still waiting for my AirFiber relocation (Cease Order: CO0001T5AF2D). I paid ₹1200 on June 26, yet no technician has visited my location. My service is suspended and my work is suffering. Please provide an immediate resolution.

    @CzarVT @JioCare This is very common in jio, they don't have enough service technicians. As long as it works, you are lucky. I switched out of jio after struggling with their support process for a month 😔
