At-Rampura Village (Amodara) Nr. Fatepura village, Ta-Prantij 383210, SK Guj, JIO Users facing issue in network from last 8-9 months. Raised this issue to cust care many times but still not resolved. Due to that Many users switched to Airtel Kindly Resolve @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I'm not moving anywhere and you can see the network coverage in sc, and this not happen occasionally, Whenever I run the speed test I got the poor results with jio.

Two days of @reliancejio fibre being down. Every day the fix is delayed to 4:45pm the next day. Like my experience with banks lately: it’s all fine, until it’s not. Then you’re dead in the water.

Hello @JioCare Since last 6 months 24×7 your services are unsuccessful in which neither call nor net speed. Does @reliancejio have no responsibility for the inconvenience caused to the customer? Only assurance is given on complaining. Please look it urgently.
