Trisha Anand (@TrishaAnand) reported@JioCare As I said, I was on 700 plan which is outstanding. Plan has by default changed to 1111. I want 399. You are asking me to pay 700 (outstanding) +399 (only to change the plan). That's not fair. Now what's the solution?

After multiple complaints, calls, incidents raised; not even a single representative has taken into consideration of visiting the vicinity and resolving. No escalations made whatsoever.
