Ravikant singh (@ravisin8651) reported@JioCare I have not recharged my Jio number because of the poor network quality and frequent connectivity drops. Money doesn't grow on trees or lie on the streets. Customers pay for service, not repeated assurances without results.

No clear update, no accountability. Please confirm if this will be fixed today or if I should look for other options.

Redirecting me back to the same place after 4+ days of outage and missed visits is not a resolution. Need a real update, not repeated steps.@JioCare
