@JioCare I've also tried to reach many of your sales executives, even the zonal manager as well. But they all are telling me the same story. They even told me that they can't do anything as there's no updates about expanding the network to my location.

@reliancejio Mobile network is not working properly in my area since last couple of months. Leave 4G it's not even able to load single webpage. We are not paying hefty prices for this kind of pathetic service from @reliancejio. Everytime we are getting automated response 😔😡😠

@JioCare Extremely disappointed with your relocation service. My relocation request has been left unserviced thrice and rescheduled automatically without any notice. Customer care just says it has been assigned but doesn't tell any detail about the technician, not even the name.
