    @JioCare internet speed near by Talod Nagarpalika area is too slow.... City Talod, Gujarat, 383215. That's why we 200people thinking to Port from JIO TO AIRTEL.

    @JioCare Given reply is a only general remarks, not taken any action seriously , because of there is no any complaint/ tracking number. I need an urgent and effective action that could resolved it very soon within specific time limit.

    @JioCare Today is fourth day without wifi. Made zillion complaints, nobody is showing up. Vishal Agarwal is a new guy assigned, but he has not contacted me. Not fix the problem. This is so terrible and disgusting, no Customer Care, no service provision. I’m suffering badly.

    @JioCare The request has been pending with status “assigning engineer” since last 2 days. I will raise another request to cancel the connection and switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare Trying to relocate my JioFiber, but the relocation option in the MyJio app isn’t working. Customer support kept me on hold and then disconnected my calls without resolving the issue. Very disappointing service. Please help urgently.@JioCare
