@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

My jio number stopped working all of sudden and saying it doesn’t exist when someone calls, checked with customer care and they say it doesn’t exist in their records. How’s this possible @reliancejio ? What nonsense is this ?

@gischethans @airtelindia @reliancejio If it weren't for Jio i wouldn't be able to work from home. It only make sense for me to port now since airtel never bothered to fix the network issue.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am paying for 150 Mbps connection but not getting even half of that most of the times and frequent jio cable cutting issues due to very long (200m) connection. All service engineers always complains that this is an illegal connection provided by jio.

@ravikanth2025 @JioCare Agree. I am one of their foolish prepaid customer who is struggling for last 4 days to restore my internet connectivity. They disconnected my connection & gave to neighbour. Seems these tricks are taught by their sales teams to noncompetent technicians.
