    @JioCare i have recharged 1year plan ₹1699/ for my no. 8971870056, & it's given in #myjio app that after finishing of 1.5gb after 60mins data will be available -highspeed, but it's not working Plzz look @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had visited jio center nd jio store bunts hostel Mangalore 2 port my jio existing sim to postpaid and it was very bad experience I hd frm ur store and jio office.They not even allowed me in nd not even listen to my query they made security guard to ask with me.

    @JioCare am unable to access Amazon Prime even though I have a Rs.999 subscription? Have complained earlier and was assured of a solution within 24 to 48 hours. It is now 96+ hours and the problem remains unresolved??

    @JioCare Same message again and again and again, stupid automated messages are not solving my problem, the engineer or someone needs to call and confirm the timeline, earlier it was 1 PM, then 3 PM then 7 PM and now no timeline.....it's been 48 hours + @reliancejio @JioCare
