@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care and selected Kannada language but even after calling 4 times only Hindi speaking people were answering me. After protesting @JioCare blocked me and I can not call them any more. Jio nahi Maro.

My jio number stopped working all of sudden and saying it doesn’t exist when someone calls, checked with customer care and they say it doesn’t exist in their records. How’s this possible @reliancejio ? What nonsense is this ?

@JioCare Trash customer service. They said they'll be contacting me back within couple of days, It's been 3 weeks. Great job @reliancejio I'll be moving back to @airtelindia WiFi I think. Had zero issues since 14 years. Jio can suck it.

From last 3 days there is no network in kumbharwada, mumbai 400004. Many people are facing network issue .please resolve as soon as possible. Othewise we will switch to other network @JioCare @reliancejio
