@JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

@reliancejio @JioCare worst service it’s almost 1 my refund of Rs 2500 is not credited whenever I contact your customer care they always say with 14 working days refund will process already complete one month also your customer agent told me ‘ham to nai karege refund

Have tried a dozen numbers, but none of the customer care numbers or @airtelindia thanks app is allowing me to resolve contractual obligations to be able to port to @reliancejio. Such a terrible customer experience. No network and won't even let me leave the network. Ugh!

@JioCare i raised a complaint on social media platform however its been 2 months but still my refund is not processed ...they r not helping me at all... I don't know how can a company take a total of 4 months to initiate a refund
