    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio You are so pathetic and your customer care even more. SR000039PYJJ raised on 29th June and TAT to close this SR was 12.15 pm 6th July. I am following up every 3rd day and still your cust care aaking for 4 more days.

    @JioCare network is down n your so called ai based tool is finding no issue when i was only able to call the customer care enabling wifi calling with zero network. Can you confirm if there is an issue

    @JioCare, when I measure the speed of my Jio router from the JioHome app, it’s fast. However, when I measure my device’s speed, it comes out to be slow.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am contacting your customer care to close the connection as my service request is open from 29th June but it is not resolved. Your costumer care senior team is also transferring call to feedback without closing the connection and not resolving issue

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue is still not resolved. I only received a generic response, and the complaint was closed without fixing the problem. I'm still experiencing very slow internet speeds, and 5G is not available at my location. If this continues, I'll switch to another network prvdr
