    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    And at last @JioCare says tht there is problem in my handset but there is no problem in my handset i have two phone oppo & iphone 12 and i tried to use the sim card in both handsets but the problem is still same so does that mean my both handsets have same problem.worst network

    @JioCare Hi Jio care, I had forcefully paid rs. 1300 due to unethical practice of jio care. I have raised concern in jio care not received any solution from jio care. Not received any back call. When call to jio care. Not able to find option to call jio care executive.

    @reliancejio Fake Network, I have reported network problem many times before, but got no help. Jio is the most fake network in India.

    Jio is the worst services that i have used so far, n the biggest biggest mistake that I've made is taking post paid family pack. customer services ridiculously long time taking and useless and INTERNET CONNECTIVITY is WORST and pathetic. Scam it is @reliancejio @JioCare
