    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @JioCare Please provide a specific reason for the outage and a definite resolution timeline, instead of a generic response saying it will be resolved “at the earliest.” After waiting for nearly a week, “at the earliest” is not an acceptable answer.

    @JioCare STOP lying on social media platforms for your so called reputation and take some action irl. Reslove the actual issue. Despite multiple complaints, your team continues to automated responses like "temporary issue," which is inaccurate given the weeks-long duration of this issue.

    After I call customer care, the complaint is reopened, only to be closed again without a solution. I’m done repeatedly following up. Please close my Jio connection and process my eligible refund. I do not want to continue with this service. @JioCare @TRAI

    @reliancejio @reliancejio My Jio network has been extremely poor for the last 3–4 days. The internet speed is so slow that it feels like 2G, making basic internet usage almost impossible.
