    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @JioCare @JioFiberChennai I want a raise a complaint for my broadband, it was not working since 8-11-22, the Request ID is SR00001F5ZSJ, there is no response from any technician and they are just rescheduling the appointment again and again. Hopefully #JioFiber can help!

    @reliancejio #jio Hello Jio team, I am yourr consumer since 2016. Write now I am staying in ramkriahna road, Subash Nagar Dumdum cantonment. But in this area Jio network is not available. Facing a lot of problems because of the . Kindly see this problem.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Issue is 2g Wi-Fi not working. I am not able to use wifi because my mobile and one laptop not supported 5g. 1 week back 2 engg visited and told router need to change. But later when I call them, they are telling their manager not responding for new router.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's really horrible experience to repeatedly getting abusive calls from #Jio Customer services Number,esp from 8303799625 it's so abusive that I m compelled to file police complain asap. If a brand like yours can't respect ur customers thn Shame on you
