    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    Reply to @JioCare I Quit @reliancejio due to misbehave and also facing Network issues. Yesterday i contact to care but no solution. Lastly i will port sim to @airtelindia Which treat very humble and solve problem on time. I can't cooperate with u anymore

    @JioCare Very disappointing. My WiFi was down from 10th -16th, but no compensation given. Now u r only reminding me to recharge and will disconnect on time? Service delay was from your side. Servce Request ID: SR0000313CHL. I demand 7 days validity extension imdtly. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Yes the issue is still persisting despite multiple checks from my end. The internet connectivity is not stable and it is impacting usage significantly. Request you to please recheck the network from your side and provide a proper resolution instead of a generic update.
