    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing internet disconnect issue since last night. Raised a complaint and it got resolved without engineer visit around 12 pm. After that internet is totally down and I am not able to use. And your engineer behaviour is totally unacceptable.

    @Talhazi09750476 @reliancejio @JioCare For 1 Gbps speed, device need to be supported too. Older devices or if you use device as hotspot for another device won't give you that much speed over WiFi. Also they have promised speed upto 1 Gbps not min. 1 Gbps. Backend support also need to be there to have 1 Gbps or more.

    hey @reliancejio @JioCare Poor customer care support. I raised problem automatically disconnected the call. I raise internet problem But Not resolved. ( Complaint contiunes raise within 1years)

    Dear @JioCare my Jiofiber is not working. I am unable to connect Yo Internet. Red is blinking. Tried contacting your technician but they are not available. What kind of service is this ?? To whom should I call for help??

    @JioCare @Talhazi09750476 Tell me the place where all your conditions meet to get 1 GBPS speed in Ahmedabad. I switch my house to next to that pole. Stop making fool to people your 5G speed really sucks.
