@JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

@JioCare Sometimes, it is the handset settings that limit the network connectivity. In case, you face network connectivity issues in the future, you could check the following settings on your handset: Jio SIM should be in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset)

@JioCare check if the network mode is set to 4G or LTE, data roaming should be enabled, data & voice should be routed through Jio SIM and Airplane/flight mode should be disabled - Prakash
