Ras min (@Rasminji) reported@JioCare I have already done basic troubleshooting like charging, restarting phone, and changing location. Issue is still the same for last 2 days. Speed is only around 2 Mbps on 5G and videos are not playing properly. Please don’t give generic replies. Kindly check network
