    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @reliancejio napeansea Road mumbai area very poor service since last 1 month. At least 3times a week Internet nit available for hours together. Wish to surrender the broadband. Procedure for the same please as no one seems to know how to refund the balance tenure.

    @JioCare You can't do anything by knowing my number as you want to check recharge plan on my number but i am telling you i am already recharged with a plan of 1.5GB/day you need to fix your network @JioCare

    @JioCare # very weak data speed at night. In Kanksa masterpara,Panagarh 713148. Near the kanksa byepass we the Jio users get very slow speed at night. Even I cannot use 100 % of my daily data quota. Please look into the matter. Same problen in Vill - Shokna.713148.
