@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

@JioCare your fiber service is getting worst day by day, in every 3-4 days my internet gets disconnect and the reason is, customers are 9 and switch is 8 port, so engineers come and fix any one customer issue and disconnect other one. SR00001BYKH4 is opened from more than a day.
