    @JioCare @TRAI I am jio user,, if u r not able to maintain connectivity why should pay per day basis, Today since 5 hrs no network, this is happened 5th time (loss 5days charges due to no network)

    @JioCare Hello Team, I am facing huge network problems with JIO 4g network here while browning the web. Even the WhatsApp messages are not being delivered. There is almost no network between 7 am to 12:30 pm. Location: Pune Keshav Nagar, KRB Engineering lane, pls resolve asap.

    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

    @JioCare Ideally you should only charge me on pro rata basis till yesterday i.e. when I submitted the stb rather than forcing me to pay on last plan for whole of this month and the 399 plan active since that what I want! Guess what customer wants doesn't matter so much to u guys @JioCare

    @JioCare day5 of waiting to check their Dms afterI sent the location details they ask for total silence kindly reply and update on the status . Is this how you handle customer issues ? #jiodown It shows great at asking for detais publicly, but terrible at actually solving issue

    @reliancejio Why do you want HOTSTAR to log out of other devices when we are watching on only one device at a time? It is such a waste of time to login on the other room TV. The system identifies multiple logins so it can also identify if there is active playback. Improvise!

    @JioCare How much longer will this take? I'm not even able to do basic tasks. Video calls don't work, games keep saying "Your internet is too slow," I can't watch videos, and I'm even afraid to make online payments in case they get stuck. Please fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare This is extremely disappointing. My installation was officially scheduled for 18 July, 6:00โ€“7:00 PM, yet no engineer contacted me and no one visited. Even after payment, repeated follow-ups, NCH complaint, and Appellate Authority escalation, the issue remains unresolved.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . My Wi-Fi is not working from past 5 days . Their ground team donโ€™t care about fixing issue everyone is lying daily will come and resolve . Neither service engineer nor technician pickup the calls . No coordination between customer care and ground
