It’s a interest free deposit and you are withholding that. Even while registering request for terminating connection, 4 times the call center disconnected the call.

Reporting this issue to Jio customer care for 2 months+ and they repeats saying like congestion is there and network team is.working on it.

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
