It’s a interest free deposit and you are withholding that. Even while registering request for terminating connection, 4 times the call center disconnected the call.

Reporting this issue to Jio customer care for 2 months+ and they repeats saying like congestion is there and network team is.working on it.

At times, the network signal even drops to 2G. This has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my ability to use mobile calls and internet services reliably.

In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government services to provide better support than Jio nowadays. I’m genuinely fed up with this service.
