    @JioCare Team I need a physical support at my residence to fix intermittent internet issue with my Jio Fiber. I called your customer care and requested for the same but they denied. I have old people who are challenged and cannot troubleshoot over the phone. Pls understand!

    @JioCare Got a call from a person regarding the last complaint, he told he is from jio, and told to install screen share software, and told to recharge in same mobile with screen shared. Seems like a fraud working faster than you

    @JioCare I’ve put my registered mobile number in DM. Your service standards to a parting customer is condemnable. It’s a interest free deposit and you are withholding that. Even while registering request for terminating connection, 4 times the call center disconnected the call.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have to request you again to improve the network coverage in our area. I am thinking to stop recharging all our jio accounts as we hardly have coverage to make calls or to use internet.pls note that I have already requested many times.

    nd if u need a solution for the problem immediately, like right now, they will contact you within 48 hours. Dont worry. #pathetic @reliancejio @JioCare Please anyone advice me an alternate network for me to get rid off this service

    Dear ##&&₹ @JioCare ur computer dont have answer to many question. Ur whatsapp is operated by computer. Is their any humans other than Mr. #Ambani working as ur staff, so that I can find some solution to the issue. ISD plan is active and its not working. Humans.. Anybody..??

    @JioCare my MNP request NO0000LV3F3Y on 10 Jun but no resolution after 5 days. Email complaint allots no request ref no,instead some stupid auto reply comes.I m without mob connectivity now. Jio cust care is very poor.

    Jio 4g is pathetic. It’s very slow that even google homepage long takes time. It’s really making people fool. I’m not even in a remote area, I’m in The heart of Trivandrum city. Hating jio these days. @reliancejio @JioCare

    What the f#&@% @JioCare same issue again and again... Are you really providing a service or cheating your customer? Is ur ISD pack is for the customers convenient or to loot money. Whenever Its an emergency u doesnt provide ur service. Is this any kind of sick joke? @reliancejio

    Totally error.. paid for 6month jiofiber.. now says that LR number is wrong... lost my money!!! ₹2824!!! Very much disgusting Jio!!! Orn: NO0000JJRHGT.. either u cancel and refund the money or just proceed with connection!! @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Extremely poor service... Called more than 12 times and waited more than 10 mins in a single call for international roaming assistance.. No support.. wasted my money by recharging the IR pack. Will port out after coming back

    @JioCare Not for the 1st call for me it's coming 2 or 3 times when am making a call for emergency it's irritating me 18 is the last date soo I have 3 more days but still it's irritating and feeling to change the network

    I am so annoyed with your customer service @JioCare @reliancejio. yesterday i went to your shop Manu marg. jio center alwar rajasthan. in afternoon i went to your shop. i paid my wifi bill there. they said they can't do currently.they will continue my services. it is not done yet
