Reporting this issue to Jio customer care for 2 months+ and they repeats saying like congestion is there and network team is.working on it.

It’s a interest free deposit and you are withholding that. Even while registering request for terminating connection, 4 times the call center disconnected the call.

Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue.
