    @JioCare Extremely poor service... Called more than 12 times and waited more than 10 mins in a single call for international roaming assistance.. No support.. wasted my money by recharging the IR pack. Will port out after coming back

    Team @reliancejio @JioCare I am behind your guys in technopark for a corporate postpaid connection for me paid by the employer. No one is bothered to sell, i have visited atleast 3 stores. Your sales team is probably the worst among competitors as they are ready to visit anytime.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have to request you again to improve the network coverage in our area. I am thinking to stop recharging all our jio accounts as we hardly have coverage to make calls or to use internet.pls note that I have already requested many times.

    To do a UPI transaction, I had to verify my account from registered SIM which happened to be the secondary SIM. Now, just to verify one SMS, I have to pay @reliancejio a ₹207 !! These are seriously times when we go WTF!!!

    Totally error.. paid for 6month jiofiber.. now says that LR number is wrong... lost my money!!! ₹2824!!! Very much disgusting Jio!!! Orn: NO0000JJRHGT.. either u cancel and refund the money or just proceed with connection!! @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Got a call from a person regarding the last complaint, he told he is from jio, and told to install screen share software, and told to recharge in same mobile with screen shared. Seems like a fraud working faster than you

    @JioCare still my issue is not resolved. There are people in my family too using Jio and neighbors as well. Nobody gets connectivity in this location. I have registered multiple complaints, but the response was disappointing.

    Terrible service fr @reliancejio @JioCare . Internet has been off since morning. We thought it was bill payment but the internet is still not available. They've not even assigned an engineer yet. Very very poor. We have to use our hotspot to work or do basic stuff on our laptop!

    @JioCare Next time engineer declines, we'll ask for his contact details, if he provides. Your system should show which engineer made the visit and put the ticket on hold. i fail to understand why are you requesting details which should be available with the ticket. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It’s been more than 7 days and my JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician keeps saying it cannot be done right now and asked me to tweet instead. My time and money are being wasted while I continue to pay for a service that is not working properly.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @reliancejio For the last 3 days our internet has not been working, in fact in our building whoever is using jio fiber internet connection is not working everyone has lodged the complaint but your customer care & technical team sucks as no able to prov.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the new SIM delivery service here in Mumbai. Paid upfront, was promised delivery in 24 hours, then pushed to 48 hours. It’s been 5 DAYS and still no sign of my SIM! I need this urgently. Please resolve this immediately. 🚨
